Welcome to Big Oso Cabin, your cozy mountain getaway in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park. Whether you're planning a summer escape or a winter retreat, this spacious and well-equipped cabin is perfect for families and groups.

Important to Know:

Entry to Pine Mountain Lake requires a $50 gate fee per vehicle, paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

The lake is not walking distance; it’s about a 5–10-minute drive. A vehicle is recommended.

We’re located in nature; you may encounter small woodland creatures or bugs.

Our home is professionally cleaned, with all linens, towels, and comforters washed and disinfected after each stay.

Summer at Big Oso Cabin:
Enjoy warm weather, fresh mountain air, and a variety of lake activities like swimming, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Spend evenings on the deck soaking in the sunset views.

Winter at Big Oso Cabin:
Experience a peaceful, cozy winter escape — and if you're lucky, a snowfall! Snow parks are just 30–40 minutes away for sledding, tubing, and snow play.
