Welcome to our Polynesian inspired bungalow with a comfortable queen wicker bed, kitchenette, native wall art, dining table, and your private bath with shower. Tahiti features a large kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker plus a dining table for two that doubles as a perfect laptop work space. I live only a few minutes away. There is a chance I may run into you at some point while you are on the property. Located near the heart of Carolina Beach. 8 minute walk to the closest beach access. Stores, restaurants, and other amenities located close by. Rent one of our Golf carts or walk

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Easy access to beach, and golf carts are even available for rent, which was such an easy process. Will def be staying here again!

Perfect getaway!

It was great for a few days to get away. Had just enough of everything we needed. Very nice and quiet, we almost felt like we were the only ones there. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cozy cottage near the ocean

This place reminds me of a beautiful cozy cottage. Its very close to the beach, very friendly people and staff. Extremely clean very updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway! Loved the decorations and ambiance of the room. Clean and had everything we needed.. great location to walk to restaurants. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect weekend away with no stress! Loved this little bungalow setting apartment. The attendant was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed plus some. It was a great location for everything. Not too far from the beach and perfect walk for restaurants and ice cream! We will def be back for another short weekend stay.

Great Pet Friendly Property

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahiti! The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the additional space outside to relax and hang with friends. It is perfect for people traveling together and would be fun for wedding parties and other groups wanting to have space to play.

Such a fun property

We were there for a quick long weekend getaway. Such a good location and cute complex. Only complaint wish there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Had a great time with 4 people in room!

Great find!

We booked 2 rooms for a little family weekend. This place is super cute, very pet friendly, and in a great location. We had a small issue with one room (not at fault to the owners) but they switched us no problem! The golf cart is a must have too! Renting through them is cheaper than the cart rentals in the area. The whole family kept telling me how perfect this place was for a quick beach trip. Hope to come back!

room very comfortable, clean as a pen in a good spot. not far from anything. wrote the name down to go back sometime another. very highly recommended. the lady that cleans was very friendly, and helped us to rent the golf cart.

Interesting Stay

Tonya, the onsite manager, was delightful. The owner was responsive to our concerns and immediately handled them. Bar a couple of doors down was extremely loud Friday & Saturday nights. We're retired so wasn't into that sort of music.

Dive bar hotel, tv and refrigerator did not work. We left 2 days early. This place sucked. Cannot believe you listed this place. We will never us vrbo again.

Great location! but the pictures are not 100% accurate

Pros: 1. The location was very close to the beach. It’s a 3 minute drive to the boardwalk. It’s also very close to Publix so if you need any groceries, it’s just a 6 minute walk. The room is also close to some fast food restaurants like dominos. 2. Check in was very easy, they emailed my door code and I was able to seamlessly check in on the day of my arrival. 3. Property manager was very helpful. 4. Pet friendly. Cons: 1. Pictures are not 100% accurate. I stayed at Tahiti and the bathroom and fridge were not same as the picture. The bathroom is really small and it’s not a tub like it’s advertised in the pictures and so is the fridge. In the pictures it’s a big red fridge but in reality it’s a mini fridge. 2. The bed was not very comfortable, it makes a ton of noise when you move around. Because of this I wasn’t able to get good sleep. 3. You can hear people’s steps as they walk outside your room and this made us feel little uncomfortable. 4. The room felt a lot smaller than it’s advertised in the pictures.

Nice cozy spot for two

Everything was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and asked multiple times if we needed anything. The Wi-Fi was great when we were the only ones there; it bogged down when the facility was full (this impacted the TV reception somewhat too, though we didn’t care). There is ample and close parking available. We could bring our quiet dog along with us, and we made sure he did not get on the furniture. The downside is others can bring their dogs too, and they might not be as quiet or nice. The grocery store is very close, within walking distance. Kitchen dishes are available for use. As noted by another reviewer, the bed does sag in the middle and probably needs to be replaced. If you are used to a firm mattress, this is not the place to go. Would recommend bringing along a lawn or folding chair to use inside along with hangers for your clothes. The front door was somewhat difficult to open at times (sticky). Owner promptly responded to inquires.

Quite and cute place with a Key West vibe

The outside is brightly painted and everything is tidy. There are plenty of chairs for people to use and enough parking for one car per unit. I stayed in Tahiti and, while small, it was perfect for me and my dog. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable with high quality bedding. I will go again!

Great October getaway

Renting the property was easy and reasonable being off-season. The property is unique with its beach island theme. Very close to restaurants, stores, the beach. Tonya was a wonderful person who helped us check in. Will rent this property again in the future.
