Park the car & walk to everything including Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Emporium Shopping Center, Orbitz Mini Donuts and Tropical Snow Cones. Start your day off with the Saturday Morning Farmers Market then grab your tickets for all day fun at Arnolds Park Amusement Park, visit the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, a cool drink at Pirate Jacks Bar and a free Saturday Night concert on the green space with fireworks.
You have the entire condo to yourselves with access to a pool right out the front door. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living area with all amenities needed to prep meals!
The master bedroom has a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a full size bed and also include a set of bunk beds. This condo has the ability to sleep 10. There are two full bathrooms. Highly recommend!
Absolutely great home! Location was perfect for all our activities. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on future trips to Arnolds Park!

Overall an excellent location to any action you want. At times the street seemed extra noisy but location made up for it. Great accommodations and plenty of room for a family . Would go back again

Retreat to Arnold Park
Excellent stay! Very clean! Very well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Located In the middle of all the excitement of Arnold’s Park. Very, very happy with our stay!

Family Get Away
We had a long weekend in Boji with our kids and some extended family. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Jayme was extremely responsive to text messages. It was a great time!

AMAZING !
Everything was EXACTLY as described.
The check-in process was explained in great detail to make it an easy.procrss for anyone.ot any age. Her communication was very quick and always receptive.
All the way around it was a.fantastic experience.

Location and Cleanliness
Wonderful, clean and convenient condo within walking distance to almost everything in Arnold’s Park. Jayme was prompt with check in and all additional communication. We enjoyed the pool several times.
This property is right off the main highway into town, if you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise may wake you early in the morning.

Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient
We frequent Okiboji and have stayed a number of places over the years. This is a little gem near all of the activities so super convenient and within walking distance to almost everything in Arnold’s Park. The condo is well supplied with things to make your stay comfortable.
It’s truly hard to say anything negative about the place as we’d definitely stay again however we missed having an outdoor green space to enjoy the outdoors and hoped the deck would suffice - but it was pretty loud being right off the main road. Having said that, we’d highly recommend this place as all else was great and the hosts were wonderful to work with. Thanks for a nice stay!
