A Beautiful big spacious home and huge yard in a quiet serene area for families, children, and friends with pets to have space to run around comfortably. Have 2 driveways: front driveway is primary parking area which holds up to 4 cars and the second driveway is for additional parking which holds up to 12 cars and also space for RV parking if needed. A very serene area. Yet you only 10 minutes from all shopping, eateries, and 15 minutes from downtown St Louis. Metro link station and bike trail 2 minutes from the home. You can also have a front eyes view of the metro link train when it passes by from the home.

The host was very good to respond to any messages and concerns. My family with 7 adults and 3 children were very comfortable in the house. Very nice and quiet area. Few issues with upkeep of the house or would have given 5 stars.

Great place for large family to stay

There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean. We loved the large yard. It was convenient for visiting St. Louis and the Eastside. We were suprised at the number of steps. We had a 13 month old with us so this required extra vigilance. Everyone was happy with our stay.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The house was plenty big enough for the 7 of us. The floors were not super clean and neither were the showers. Every dish we grabbed out of the cabinets had to be washed before used. The only baking pan in the house was the drip pan for a broiler pan.

Perfect for families!

This was a great home for our 2 families to share. Very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect so the teens could have their own area and adults could relax too. Would stay again if in the area.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. It works well for the number of coaches we have staying and the proximity of the house. The owner's are easy to get in touch with and communicate well.

Unacceptable!!!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. When we arrived, there were candles lit and it smelled amazing! I was gone most of the day until just before we left for dinner. I noticed mold in the master shower and bathtub. Upon our return from dinner there was an awful smell in the kitchen, mildew smell in the lower LR and ANTS in the room my children were sleeping in. The next morning there were ants in the bed they should have been able to sleep in. I contacted VRbO support after arriving back to the house and worked w them, as well as the owner. I was promised a refund. We were authorized IN WRITING to depart the next morning and to expect a refund later that day. Well, that’s been 9 days ago
 NO REFUND and the owner has started ignoring all of my communication for nearly a week now. So, I’m out 1500.00 plus the hotel I had to pay for and eating all meals out. There were ants in various places in the house, a rancid smell in the kitchen, mold in the master shower and tub, moldy window ledges, the counter tops were dirty and had food on them, all the baseboards were dusty and dirty. This is unacceptable when you are charging a cleaning fee and hundreds per night. It is now May 3, the owner continues to ignore me and customer service not standing behind the refund that was put in writing. They are saying the refund I received for the one night we had reserved just in case we came in a night early - the owner had encouraged me to secure that night and she would adjust the price if we could not come in that day. This has been a horrible experience with both the owner and VRBO which put a huge damper on our family Easter getaway to visit our son in the military. We had to find a hotel and eat meals out. Now I am out the promised refund. The house has potential if it was cleaned and didn’t smell!
