Bungalow sur un lac prĂšs de St Louis MO

Venez profiter de notre retraite de fin de semaine. Mignon comme peut l'ĂȘtre 2 chambres 1 salle de bain sur la maison de campagne au niveau principal se trouve prĂšs d'un lac stockĂ© de 6 acres. Nous avons terminĂ© le sous-sol avec une 3e chambre et une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire. Cette maison se trouve sur la pĂ©ninsule au milieu du lac avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle. La maison est bien entretenue et est en excellent Ă©tat d'environ 1100 pieds carrĂ©s au niveau principal. La maison comprend une grande cuisine avec coin repas, un solarium avec un poĂȘle Ă  bois, une grande chambre avec 2 lits queen, la deuxiĂšme chambre a Ă©galement un lit king, la salle familiale a une vue magnifique sur le lac et une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plat '32', et Lecteur de DVD. La maison a Ă©galement un sous-sol amĂ©nagĂ© avec une chambre et une salle de bain complĂšte et un salon. Cette zone se dirige vers un patio en brique.

La propriété est à 10-15 minutes du centre-ville de St. Louis Missouri et 40-50 minutes de St. Aéroport Louis Lambert et plus proche de l'aéroport d'Amérique centrale. 45 minutes de la ferme de Grant.

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating to our group. The house was as depicted and served our purpose for a weekend outing. We would stay here again. And, I caught a fish!!!!

Successful trip with aging parents

We traveled to Caseyville to bring my mom (83, with dementia and currently in a nursing home), and my husband’s father (79, uses a cane and walker) to meet their newest great grandson. The house was so easy for them to navigate. There was one step into the kitchen but was easy enough for them to maneuver. The parents enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. The house was well equipped with all the kitchen cooking essentials to make breakfast. I might add the owner was so gracious to allow us to change our booking to a later date due to a COVID exposure at Moms nursing home. I did not pay for trip protection but she was accommodating due to the circumstances. We will definitely stay there again. As a bonus it’s less than 10 minutes from our kids house.

Nascar trip

This house works out great for us. We love the feel of being in the country and yet close to the things we want to do. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the deck in the morning and evening. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed.

Nice and quiet

A lot of room in the house for several people. Everything worked as it should. Kids loved the basement, with walkout to pond. Very nice sitting on the deck, so peaceful.

Location, location, location!

This property is all about the lake front location. Very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the geese/ducks/turtles. House is well stocked and is suited for 2 families, with living areas and bathrooms on the main and lower levels. A great location for relaxation.

Nascar

We enjoyed this rental. It fit the needs of the five of us. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. This older house is located in a really nice development. The house was clean and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The water view was very calming. We are country people so the frogs and bug noise did not bother us. The house was close enough for us to easily get to and from the racetrack. It worked well for us and we would rent here again.

SIUE grad weekend

We rented this house so we could be together as a family for our sons graduation from SIUE. Very relaxing, we hosted dinner after graduation and everyone could spread out and be comfortable. The house is 20 minutes from edwardsville/campus with plenty of room for three grown children, their significant others, and close family to visit and have dinner. Will definitely stay again

Lake view from deck

We have been staying at Heidi's for a weekend in the summer several years. She is promptly there to answer any questions or concerns. The deck with lake view a great place to hang out for the day. Always up dating and new bedding for rental. Thanks Heidi.

The house was plenty big enough for all 11 of us. The pond was great. There wasn't much yard space for the kids to play ball etc. as the ball would roll toward the pond. The mattresses could use an upgrade. Also the trash is to be taken out but there wasn't enough trash bags.

Cozy cabin on the lake

This house was perfect for our family both inside and out. Enough room for everyone to sleep without crowding teens and we really enjoyed being able to get out and lounge/fish every single day. The guard ducks were absolutely amazing and so much fun! Having dishes and towels available was very nice as that's not typically something you carry. The property manager is super nice and I'll Definitely look this place up again when we return.

Peaceful

This house is located in an upper scale neighborhood, nestled in trees on a small lake. The house is much older, but very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the queen beds squeak badly every time you move. We went in to St Louis both days and enjoyed a Cardinal game and Grant’s Farm. We would stay again.

Late family Christmas

We had a wonderful time! Kids had basement for sleeping and bathroom which was a plus! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen for cooking! Great place for family gatherings! We’d definitely stay again👍

Location nice for family gatherings.

The location was great for family gatherings. This place has a ant problem. We had 2 dozen donuts and a loaf of bread on the counter and had to toss them out. The first morning we got up to eat the donuts and ants all over them. The kids were very upset. Then we noticed that there was ant traps inside and outside the house. We mentioned to the owner she acted like it was a new problem. “ Quote: (“Thank you. I hope you enjoyed your stay and have a safe trip home. I really appreciate the info about the ants I will be able to have it treated before anyone else arrives. That really helps. “. )Before you book, make sure the ants are taken care of.

Convenience and Comfort

We enjoyed our stay. Relaxing setting. Enjoyed the lake. Caught nice blue hill. Quiet and peaceful and close to downtown St Louis. Best of both worlds! Heidi is a great host. Quick to respond to our minor issues and questions. Would book again.
