GREAT Property

I just stayed by myself but this place easily accommodates 4 people. Very clean and the host was on top of everything! Great location to walk anywhere in Cabo. I go down many times a year and the location is right in the heart of everything!

Cabo vacation

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect if you want to spend time at the marina or the beach. The host was very responsive. It was very hot when we stayed but the pool & the A/C kept us cool. I would stay here again.

Best vacation ever

The property was ideal for our family. The location was very central. We didn’t need to take a taxi anywhere. The beach was close as were many restaurants and bars. The property manager was quick to respond and ensured our vacation was perfect. We will definitely be re-booking.

Wonderful!

Delightful cottage set in quiet residential community close to everything. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed including soap at every sink, shower needs, and spices, cooking oil etc in kitchen. Close to the new supermarket in the mall which has all supplies and fresh food at great prices when we felt like eating in, and steps away from Isabel's, The Italian Job and other excellent restaurants. A little bit of a treasure hunt to find the way in the first time, but the treasure certainly there!

I really liked the proximity to the Marina but it was noisy at night and the property required some up keep. the A/C in the main bedroom was not working, there was a leak in the second bedroom, we had a hard time with the locks, and the toilet seats kept slipping.

Hidden Gem!

Even though we did our homework as well as we could, we were still anxious about our first trip to Cabo. To say the least, WE LUCKED UP WITH THIS VILLA. We gave it 5 stars on everything except the Accuracy of Online Listing. The listing wasn't incorrect in any way, it just didn't do this unit justice in our opinion. This villa is the neatest place. Old Mexico on the outside but refreshingly new and updated on the inside. Good space. Comfy beds. Nice appliances. SPOTLESSLY clean! The pool is big (looks small in some of the pics). Family-friendly. Locked gate with code + another lockable gate to this unit's covered patio (which we basically lived on our entire visit). Very few steps to climb. We are telling everyone we know about this rental. If we ever visit again, we will stay here. No need to look elsewhere when you've found a gem like this one.

Location! Location! Location!

I thought about not giving this place a review so no one would find out about it and I could keep it to myself. That is how special this place is! You are right behind the hacienda hotel so you can walk Medano Beach ( office, mango deck etc) you are basically on the marina so you can walk to the fishing fleet. ( pisces sport fishing the way to go) . If you have older people with you or want to beat the heat, the marina fiesta is right across the street for easy cab access. Place is clean, all of the things you would need in a home. Secure , quiet hoa only a handful of units and has parking for 1 car if you choose to rent one. I will be back.
