Oceanfront Views in Kitty Hawk - Beach Access directly across the street!

Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access and 3 houses down from public beach access (Lillian Beach Access). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed, 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 Full beds), a full bath, and a living area. The top floor includes a 4th bedroom (1 King Bed) and a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 2), a dining room table with seating for 8, and a living room. Smart TV's in all 4 BRs and both living rooms. Both levels have porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is a wrap around and is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor dining furniture is available as well as lounging chairs. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby including Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 4 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Ring Doorbell is installed under the house for security purposes.

Please bring bed sheets and bath linens, toiletries, and paper products. We supply bed top covers (quilts) and pillows. Linens and a variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and so convenient to the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely. No dolphins this week but everything else was perfect.

House was in a great location. Wonderful ocean views from top deck and just 2 houses down from public beach access. House was equipped well and the kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were great and loved having multiple living areas. We were there during Hurricane Erin and Scott reached out several times throughout our stay to make sure we were ok. Provided great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful and responsive!Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!!

Beautiful location

Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise. The grandkids played hours on the beach building sandcastles and flying kites. It is in close proximity to various activities Would definitely book this house again..

PERFECT NC BEACH RENTAL

We had an amazing time. Get house! Fully stocked with most anything you might need, good location, easy to find, easy access to beach and restaurants. The deck was a perfect place to watch the dolphins play and pelicans soar.

The house has a incredible second floor porch to watchthe ocean. The large covered porch with a wrap aroundsunny uncovered part on the side captured my attentionmorning and night.Great location across from beach access. Very comfortable roomy house that is definitelyon my list to return.

Kitty Hawk vacation

It’s a nice, clean and comfortable house. It’s very close to the beach. The only reason I would not recommend it because you need to bring your own towels and bed linens, which was a pain when you are flying in. I have never rented a house that required that.
