Cottage is oceanside yet, within 2 miles from 2 grocery stores, 2 public golf courses, 20 restaurants, pizza place, liquor store, fresh seafood mart, Walmart and URGENT CARE. The gas station/convenience store with beer/cigarettes is within walking distance. Once you cross the Wright Memorial Bridge and crest the hill, you are 1000 ft. from your vacation cottage. 2 min. walk to beach assess! SUMMER TIME above ground round 24' POOL!
Access given upon arrival. I will email and text to you at 3pm or if earlier check in is available.
We live next door and are happy to assist in any manner. Call for prompt response. We do not engage unless there is an issue that you need help with resolving.
Don't rent a crib, highchair or bedding from a rental company . We also supply beach towels. You don't have to bring paper towels or tissue paper. In your TOY ROOM, will be bicycles paddle board, boogie boards, coolers corn hole game and more. Ocean views. Easy, close beach access with boardwalk (with porta-potties. LIFEGUARD on duty at our beach during season.)

The host was great, very attentive, and immediately fixed a small problem we had. The house was immaculate and very classy and comfortable, with some games for families. Our teen boys loved their separate little space with the futon/raised bed, and also that downstairs room was super convenient to getting into the hot tub. Hot tub was easy to use. When we arrived (this was winter), the heat and lights were on so house was cozy and welcoming!

Beautiful house, clean with all the essentials provided. It was a 2 min walk to beach access which was wonderful. The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. I had a couple of questions since this was my first time booking through VRBO and the host was very quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

This house was super clean and had a great location. The house is set up perfectly! Loved having the beach wagons to haul our stuff to and from the beach. The pool and hot tub were great! Over all had a fantastic stay! Loved the place!

Clean, accurate listing, well stocked

This home is well cared for, not just another investment property. It was VERY CLEAN and totally stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, body boards, beach cruisers, a paddle board, kites, frisby, beach toys and wagons to carry it all. Traveling cross country made it difficult to bring any beach toys. We appreciate this so much. This home is stocked with everything I could think of plus more. The kitchen was well stocked for easy meals at home. The beach is a short 1 minute walk down the road. The beach was clean and a great place to play all day. We used the pool and hot tub and they were both in excellent condition. The patio under the house was a nice space to hang out after a day at the beach.Owner was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

The home was as advertised. It was like being in someone's home, cozy. Not only did the property sleep our 8, but the owner was attentive to other details besides 'beds' to make living comfortable for many people: extra baskets and caddies in the bathrooms, bedside charging ports, plenty of floor pillows for group games and tv time, extra outlets, and plenty of seating and tables, and ample parking.Bonus: oceanview from the front windows of the home and a 2 minute walk to public beach access.

Perfect place for our long weekend beach getaway

Loved the facilities and amenities at this house. Very close to beach access, lovely hot tub, even reached out to give us access to the pool after it was supposed to be closed. Bedding was plentiful and comfortable. Downstairs apartment was a perfect separate room. Tons of “toys” in the beach closet.

Wonderful house. Very modern, clean, and had all the amenities needed to stay. Had sheets on bed, bath and beach towels, everything needed in the kitchen, and the owners lived next door, so we met them, anx they answered any questions we had. It was one of the best houses we have rented in our years of vacation

This was everything I expected and more. We were down there for my sons wedding, which was at the Hilton a block away. On the beach. This house is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be renting this every time we come to Kitty Hawk, which I like to do once a year by the way, it was beautiful and perfect.

LOCATION! Why drive north to Corolla or south to Nags Head after you have driven many miles already? Once you cross onto the OBX over the Wright Memorial Bridge and crest the hill, you are 1000 ft. from your vacation home. We are among the rare oceanside homes located immediately once you cross onto OBX. We do not use a property management company and are able to offer the most amenities and some of the lowest rates in the area. We clean, maintain and inspect rental cottage between tenants and give immediate attention to any issues.
