Locations à la semaine d'été ... hors saison 2-3 nuits préférées .. week-ends longs toujours les bienvenus.
Les locations sont pour une semaine en haute saison uniquement (mi-juin-début septembre) Habituellement, le jour de la semaine est le samedi.-Sam.

Une chambre et salle de bain complÚte située au rez-de-chaussée. Une étape pour entrer dans la porte d'entrée.

3 grands ponts avec un pavillon couvert supplémentaire comprenant deux ventilateurs de plafond avec gradateurs. Il y a un bar à eau froide pour les boissons ou le nettoyage des poissons sous le pavillon.

Fond de lac de sable et peu profond pour le frisbee et le volleyball aquatique. Grande pelouse plate pour le badminton, le volley-ball, le wiffle / T-ball, le golf en Ă©chelle, etc.

Les tables / chaises d'extérieur peuvent accueillir environ 26 personnes. Chaises légÚres empilables disponibles pour la plate-forme à la fin du quai.

La maison est Ă  1/2 heure. du centre-ville de Milw., 1/2 de Miller Park (stade Brewer), 45 minutes de Gurnee, Il

Grande allée pour un minimum de 8 voitures. Une place de stationnement sur le cÎté opposé de la maison ou une place pour garer la remorque de bateau.

Grand feu de camp le long du rivage.

Laveuse / 2 sécheuses incluses.

Réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans la buanderie .... rez-de-chaussée. Les deux réfrigérateurs sont équipés de machines à glaçons. Les machines à glaçons et un jet d'eau supplémentaire dans la buanderie sont équipés de systÚmes d'osmose inverse. Ces systÚmes produisent 99% de l'eau en bouteille.

Le poĂȘle / four est de taille conventionnelle avec deux fours en option. Un tiroir chauffant inclus. 4 brĂ»leurs et brĂ»leur chauffant disponibles.

Petits bateaux de pĂȘche disponibles Ă  la location sur le lac ... draps disponibles moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires.

This is a great location that accommodates a large family easily, along with numerous amenities. Wonderful views and lake access. The pavilion with screened in area is large with lake views as well. Sally the owner is great to work with and very responsive to anything needed.

We chose this house as it was close to my mother’s funeral service. It was a nice large home comfortable for all of us to enjoy together. Watching the swans on the lake from the house was priceless. The home was clean and inviting. If we ever need a home in the area again for a large group, we would look to book again. The host Sally was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for everything.

This property worked out perfectly for our family gathering. We were in the area for my daughter's wedding and friends and family were at the Vrbo with us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had a gathering the day after the wedding and it worked out perfectly. Having the extra refrigerator was a huge plus. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and lovely stay

Sally was very easy to communicate with- the listing and information she sent out was accurate. We loved her beautiful space- it was the perfect place to relax and recharge together! I loved that she had shared an album of the house before renovation- it was so neat to see all the love and hard work that went into the house as it is now.

Family Vacation

The property and accommodations worked well for our group of 17. The home and screen room were well supplied and the grounds gave us plenty of space for games etc.The owner was very responsive and a good communicator. We had our own boat so we had good access to the lake. Access to the water via the beach was weedy and mucky and the water off the pier was very shallow.

Great place for an extended family getaway

Perfect place for our weekend gathering with adult children and grandchildren. Large flat lawn for games and screened porch were highlights. Would definately recommend.

Great place!!

Sally has a beautiful property! This is ou second time staying here and it was better than the first! Everything was spotless and organized with plenty of room for our large party. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful Venue, Interesting Layout

We used this for a gathering place for our family. The venue allowed the children ample opportunities for play, and enough seating for us to gather for large (10 adult, 8 children) meals. The home was ideally suited for our purpose, allowing nice separation for sleeping. All told, it suited us perfectly.

Hidden Gem

A beautiful home and So nice to find a place to accommodate a family of 20 to stay over nite after my daughter’s wedding in Dec. Plenty of space. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at in terms of a kitchen. Sally was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Would love to bring the family back for a summer vacation to enjoy the lake!

I have been in the vacation rental business for 14 years with several properties in Door Cty., WI and a few Wind Lake, WI properties.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Half hour from our home with an approximate 1,000 acre lake, sandy bottom and fishing.
House has large interior great room with new kitchen and laundry facilities on first floor. Yard is nice and flat for sports and games.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A reprieve from the city with a gorgeous lake view without a 7-8 hour drive to northern Wisconsin.

The property has 3 different sections of decking including a Pavilion with roof & ceiling fans. Also, includes an outdoor wet bar. The 3 sections of deck are: 21X12, 16X18 & 20X13.
The roof covered Pavilion is 30X14. There are 3-4 outdoor tables with seating for about 26.
Also, 6-8 lightweight chairs to use at the dock on the last platform of dock sized 8X12.
