Modern 4 bedroom Lake House on Private Lake near WI Dells & Castle Rock Lake

Bring the family to enjoy Beach Lake, which is a 6 Acre, private, sand bottom treated/spring fed lake near Castle Rock Lake. Approx 20 homes in the sub division surrounding the lake.

Beach Lake is a swimming, fishing, kayaking, and other water activities lake. It's fully surrounded by sandy beach frontage. Very safe for children, no large motor boats are allowed. Our home is a newer construction vacation rental with an open floor plan and tons of outdoor space. We hope you choose to stay in our cozy home and enjoy our seasonally curated welcome basket!

MAIN FLOOR:
Master Bedroom - 1 king bed, with 3 dressers, closet storage, streaming tv with lakeview/sliding door out to deck, and attached full bath with shower.

Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, large dresser, streaming tv and closet storage.

Full bath # 2 is in the hall outside the second bedroom with a tub/ shower combo.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with newer LG appliances including gas range, dishwasher, and large fridge. Large island that seats 4. Coffee bar with drip coffee maker (ground coffee included).

Family room and dining area - located in open floor plan room shared with kitchen. Large 8 person dining table. Family room has a large streaming TV (high speed wifi throughout the home).

Large outdoor deck - 6 seat balcony height table with fire feature for smores, 10 person large sectional sofa, and 2 person balcony height bistro to enjoy morning coffee! Large umbrella for shade and flat top gas grill.

WALKOUT BASEMENT:
Bedroom 3 -1 queen bed, large dresser, closet storage and extra dresser, streaming tv and desk. (downstairs with lakeview)

Bedroom 4 - 2 full bed lofts over 2 lower full beds, large dresser, closet storage, streaming tv. (downstairs)

Full bath #3 is located downstairs in the hall next to the two bedrooms with tub/shower combo.

Basement family room - sectional couch, large streaming tv with apps, 8 person game or dining table, and counter table with Keurig coffee maker and beverage cooler to accommodate lower level guests. All with a gorgeous lake view!

Laundry Room - which can be utilized during your stay with detergent for your use. Also extra linens and an iron available.

Walkout extended patio - Outdoor hose to rinse off, Picnic tables and chairs to enjoy some shade.

Outdoor Activities: 2 child and 4 adult Kayaks, large lake mat, one stand up paddle board, fishing poles (garage), sand and water toys, adult/kid life vests (garage), Fire pit (firewood available at times or found near by), picnic tables, beach/camping chairs, water table, corn hole set, Can Jam frisbee game, and 2 Gas Grill with propane included - one flat top, one standard,

Pet Policy:
We are pet friendly, but reserve the right to refuse specific pets due to safety reasons. Most puppies are not welcome due to their own safety! Please disclose pet type/size when reserving.

Closest Marina: The Dirty Turtle (5 min. away)

Castle Rock Lake has the following fish: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Muskellunge Pike, Northern Pike, Walleye.

*Winter Getaways are great up here! The state park offers free snow shoe rental with plenty of trails to explore. Christmas mountain is only 35 minutes away for skiing, snow tubing and sledding. We provide some sleds to use around the house on the hills.

*NO ice fishing/UTV or ATVs/Snowmobiles are allowed on our lake due to HOA. Can drive your UTV/ATV on roads/routes nearby that are approved. No true trails nearby though.

*Summer toys are available from April 1st until November 1st* (then they are stored for the winter)
