Happy Family

Overall my family loved the property. It was a beautiful 2 story home. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy one another as well as enough room for privacy. The downside is the limited parking at the property and overflow parking. Also the appliances could use some updating. The some of the bedding had makeup on it which gave the impression that is wasn’t changed from the last renter. We were not happy about that. Also the freezer was leaking and unable to make ice. Also property manager was slow to respond to inquiries and concerns once in rental. Should these things be corrected we would rent again

I liked the property, but I would like future guest to know that after paying VRBO, they will receive a demand for additional information from a different management company. I'm not one who likes to leave my credit card number on line with a business I did not know I had to deal with. I think when a person request to rent the home, they should be made aware that they will have to deal with another management company that determines if they get access to the home and that the pass code will not be given until after or at the time of check-in. I was upset after finding out that I may not get access until I provided a charge card online. I had already purchased $5,000.00 insurance and was still asked for a credit card in case of damages.

Good and bad

Property is very spacious and great for large groups. Location isn’t the greatest for going to Disney and Universal. I prefer to stay closer. The property advertised tvs in every bedroom and one didn’t have one and only 3 worked in the house. Could not get the others to work. Also it was warm upstairs and the temperature would not go below 72 degrees and at one point it was 76 upstat. Last but not least I found 3 roaches the last full day we were there. I contacted the owner about the TVs the day we arrived and never received a response. I didn’t bother to notify her about the roaches since we were leaving the next day. Overall the property is spacious and we felt safe in the gated property but would most likely not stay their again due to the proximity to the parks.

Lovely place but!!!

My family and l absolutely love this place, very clean, extremely confortable for a large group BUT the bathrooms Showers are sooooo Slippery, I fell on the downstairs bathroom and my best friend fell on the upstairs bathroom. I just think it’s important to mention it so everyone can be careful.

Our elders of our church have an annual retreat and they all agreed this property was wonderful. They had large rooms and conversation areas and plenty to do when they would take breaks from their discussions. Definitely will use again!

Very nice spot!

Overall this house is beautiful, It is located in a nice area. I must say I love these property, and would book it again. There were a few things we came across. We couldn't get several of the TV's to work properly and the dryer wouldn't come on. But Overall this property is a yes for me!
