Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.

Clean and Beautiful Vacation Home

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The owner is also very easy to reach and attentive to any needs. We will always be grateful for the experience we had during our stay for our son’s graduation.

Great Vacation House with Room for Everyone

Had a wonderful stay at Magical Family Retreat. House is beautiful. Loved that it is in a court. Communication with owners was excellent. Loved their on-line instruction guide. Especially the You Tube video of instructions for the hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous!

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Fantastic family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away! Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us). We had a fantastic stay all in the all, would definitely book again.

Family birthday reunion

Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

Magical Memories at Sunset Magic Villa

10 out of 10 Vacation rental This was our 2nd stay at Sunset Magic Villa. The home once again exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard pool and hot tub is where we spent the majority of our time. It was truly paradise. The best part is the privacy the home offers, with no rear neighbors-just a lovely view of the community pond. Megan is a wonderful host who answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We truly had a magical stay and look forward to when we can book again.

Great Holiday

My family and I recently stayed at Sunset Magic Villa. The villa is a lovely big property that was a home from home during our holiday and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Situated in a quiet caul-de-sac in gate community that felt safe and secure. It is quite close to the 192 where we had access to plenty shops and restaurants and close to Disney. The villa owners were lovely and really quick to reply to any messages. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.

Great property

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. We didn't get to fully enjoy all amenities since it was a work trip but we enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to respond to all questions and everything went smoothly.

Awesome home

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 16 with plenty of room for all. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes silverware and pans to handle all of us. Kids enjoyed the house pool and resort pool. Everyone had the best time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise

What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—we did not want for anything, nor did we want to leave after our 11 day stay. Our family (8 adults and 4 grandchildren) made so many memories here. Check in was a breeze and Megan was quick to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back!! Don’t hesitate to book-you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks for visiting! We have been traveling the world together for almost 30 years! Coming to Disney started with Disneyland California when our oldest children were toddlers and we fell in love with the Disney Magic! As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others. The beautiful west facing pool deck overlooks a gorgeous lake, giving us amazing sunsets and a peaceful setting every evening.
The west facing lakeview of this property is what initially drew us to Sunset Magic. We love looking over the water and enjoying the peaceful nature of it. The inside has a great floorpan that allows for both privacy and togetherness.
