Perfect villa for making memories.

Our recent stay at Sunset Magic Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of our host, Megan. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and stress-free. Not only did she accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, but she also made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the villa. The villa itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the modern furnishings to the fully-equipped kitchen. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of the property was the stunning pool area, which was beautifully landscaped and provided the perfect setting to relax. The view over the lake added an extra touch of tranquility, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the standout features of the villa was the fantastic games room. It provided hours of entertainment and was the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun, the villa has it all. Clean and Beautiful Vacation Home

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The owner is also very easy to reach and attentive to any needs. We will always be grateful for the experience we had during our stay for our son’s graduation.

Great Vacation House with Room for Everyone

Had a wonderful stay at Magical Family Retreat. House is beautiful. Loved that it is in a court. Communication with owners was excellent. Loved their on-line instruction guide. Especially the You Tube video of instructions for the hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous!

Magical Memories at Sunset Magic Villa

10 out of 10 Vacation rental This was our 2nd stay at Sunset Magic Villa. The home once again exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard pool and hot tub is where we spent the majority of our time. It was truly paradise. The best part is the privacy the home offers, with no rear neighbors-just a lovely view of the community pond. Megan is a wonderful host who answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We truly had a magical stay and look forward to when we can book again.

Graduation Celebration

This was our second stay at Magical Moments Villa. Although there were only eight in our group, the house could easily accommodate twice that many. Over the years we have stayed at several homes in the Orlando area but this is our favorite. The house is very clean and the owner is very responsive to calls and texts. We could not have asked for anything more. Our family had a great time as we celebrated our granddaughter’s early college graduation.

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. Great Holiday

My family and I recently stayed at Sunset Magic Villa. The villa is a lovely big property that was a home from home during our holiday and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Situated in a quiet caul-de-sac in gate community that felt safe and secure. It is quite close to the 192 where we had access to plenty shops and restaurants and close to Disney. The villa owners were lovely and really quick to reply to any messages. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home

My family of seven stayed at this beautiful home for a Disney/ Universal, Orlando vacation. We had a great time being out and about but were so happy to come back to this property. We could relax in the pool or play billiards or watch movies on the big projector screen. It truly was magical. Thank you Megan and Matt for having everything perfectly ready for our stay. Amazing home for an unbelievable vacation

Our family of 11 - 7 adults and 4 granchildren ranging in age from 2 to 8 had an unforgettable vacation. This house is amazing! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with anything you could wish for. The coffee bar is a nice touch ! The family room was large enough for all of us to sit and enjoy. The dining table is massive with room for 16 to sit comfortably. All 8 bedrooms were large and exquisitely decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were also big with lots of counter space. The media room upstairs was a big hit with the boys who enjoyed playing Xbox and watching movies. The outside pool and hot tub were fantastic with alot of seating area. The pool basketball net was a big hit with young and old. The pool had a mesh gate for safety and the sliding door to the pool also beeped every time it was opened. A great safety feature with little ones. There were also high chairs, strollers, a pack&play and a portable crib for little ones. The location is great and we did Disney and other attractions. We also took advantage of the water park in the community that we could walk to. This is definitely a 5+ star home. I cann’t thank Megan enough for how friendly and quickly she responded to all my texts and resolved little issues that came up. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you Megan for being such a wonderful host. We definitely made many happy memories in your home and on this vacation!

What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—we did not want for anything, nor did we want to leave after our 11 day stay. Our family (8 adults and 4 grandchildren) made so many memories here. Check in was a breeze and Megan was quick to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back!! Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

Mom's House - Cheer Competition

We absolutely loved this house, and it was perfect for nine woman to have fun at but also have plenty of space to get rest and privacy. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The house is well stocked, and anything we needed was easy to have delivered or take a quick shopping trip to get. The outside pool/hot tub area was used regularly and was great to have because the community pool was pretty crowded on the one day we tried to go there. We will definitely consider staying again next cheer competition season.

The perfect home away from home

We can't say enough great things about Megan and her hospitality. We had planned our trip for over a year and she took the time to answer my "many" questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The house was beautiful with lots of room for our large group. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and she was so quick to help with anything we needed..even answering questions that didn't pertain to the house itself. The house was clean, the pool was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Amazing Vacation

This Vacation was amazing from start to finish. From first contact with Megan 8 months before our vacation to our check out was seamless. Fantastic family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away! Fantastic!

Booked this beautiful home for a spring break trip with my extended family. The house was amazing! Everything you need is ready for use. The home was clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms meant each family had their own spaces, and even the teen had a place to hide when she wanted to! Close enough to the airport, theme parks, and beaches which meant tons of activities at your fingertips. The host was great to work with, responsive, and welcoming. 100% would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away! Thanks again for helping to make our trip fantastic!

Thanks for visiting! We have been traveling the world together for almost 30 years! Coming to Disney started with Disneyland California when our oldest children were toddlers and we fell in love with the Disney Magic! As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others. We hope you and your family enjoy our Magical Memories Villas as much as we have!

The beautiful west facing pool deck overlooks a gorgeous lake, giving us amazing sunsets and a peaceful setting every evening.
The west facing lakeview of this property is what initially drew us to Sunset Magic. We love looking over the water and enjoying the peaceful nature of it. The inside has a great floorpan that allows for both privacy and togetherness.
