Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

We had a great time at the Sunset Magic Villa. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub, all of the activities at the Clubhouse and the games area. The adults were impressed with the quantity and quality of kitchenware/furniture - all 15 of us could sit down for meals together - and we all loved the memories we made together. Thanks, Megan and Matt for all the extra touches that made our stay so special!

Family had an awesome time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked. The check-in process was smooth. The owners were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions in a timely manner. The property was gorgeous and laid out with everything. Two separate living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs was everything... The pool at the patio with the tv outside was a great feature as well....too many awesome features to mention.. will definitely stay there again..thanks for the memories and an unforgettable experience

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. Clean and Beautiful Vacation Home

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away! Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. Great Holiday

My family and I recently stayed at Sunset Magic Villa. The villa is a lovely big property that was a home from home during our holiday and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Situated in a quiet caul-de-sac in gate community that felt safe and secure. It is quite close to the 192 where we had access to plenty shops and restaurants and close to Disney. The villa owners were lovely and really quick to reply to any messages. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.

Awesome home

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 16 with plenty of room for all. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes silverware and pans to handle all of us. Kids enjoyed the house pool and resort pool. Everyone had the best time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Coming to Disney started with Disneyland California when our oldest children were toddlers and we fell in love with the Disney Magic! As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others.
