Lower Keys paradise

Two bedroom 1 bathroom house .
New on market, new furniture, new appliances, new painting.
Have a breakfast with view on Atlantic ocean!
Master bedroom has queen bed, huge walking closet with lots of shelves, room to put away your luggage. Also storige for sleeper sofa bed sheets, blankets and extra pillows. Kids will enjoy bunk beds with best view in the house walking through the room you will get to nice quiet sitting area outside.
Living room has two sofas only one of them is pull out with queen mattress.
Bathroom has walking shower and entire bathroom is pretty spacious with plenty towels.
New washer and dryer with additional storage above with beach towels.
Kitchen is spacious with full size stove , microwave and dishwasher side by size stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker. Kitchen is fully stock for your comfort.
In front of the house is an other comfort sitting area with gas grill.
After all this house is in very popular gated community Venture out, with 2 heated pools, jacuzzi, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Community center offers pool tables, darts, books and lots of board games.
Two boat ramps are available with pressure washing machine when u clean off your boat or trailer.
Community store offers little bit of everything you need due your stay.
Only one car can be park by the house, other one as well as a boat trailer is subject to extra charge $5 per night collected by association.
When arriving you will need to register in office and pay $125 one time fee per your stay( not per person!) collected by association for all amenities.

Perfect Family Getaway in the Lower Keys

We spent 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend with our two young boys (ages 3 and 6) and had a fantastic time. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the community and family-friendly amenities. The home was spotless, updated, and well-stocked. The gated community felt safe and offered everything from pools to playgrounds. Would definitely return!

A very nicely done remodel in a good location for lower keys activities. It was just right for my daughter and I. Plenty of room and appreciated the cleanliness.

Fantastic place to stay in the Lower Keys!

We felt so comfortable and at home at this property! The community was great and laid back. The convenience store met our needs for almost everything. Also we love Key West and this was just a short drive when we wanted to take a day trip!

Great, well kept accommodations!

Excellent communications from property manager. Location very easy to navigate. House was well-equipped and very clean...had everything we needed. A small store on the property also had essentials. Friendly staff and residents. Good location between, beach, Marthon, Keywest and everything in-between.

First time in the keys

Loved the property and riding around on bikes. The salt water area right next to the pool was fantastic. I don't remember reading that there was a registration fee. Close proximity to Key West. The owner has great communication. My kids left something behind accidentally and she was kind enough to ship it back. Great stay!

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. This is the second year in a row that we stayed in the Venture Out community in Cudjoe Key, and the second year in a row renting a property from this owner. The house was spacious and well stocked for our family of 4. Our kids are 11 and 8, so the bunk beds worked perfectly for them. The community has activities to help keep the kids entertained, and we had an amazing time snorkeling in Looe Key. The owner of the property is responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this community/property/owner to others looking for a fun vacation in the FL Keys.

Cute updated place

This house has beautiful new updates. There are a few things that need maintained (water filter in fridge said it needs replaced, linens were very rough and worn out, outside furniture was ripped). The store was very convenient. The courts were overrun by the older residents so we couldn’t enjoy any of that. This also wasn’t a good place to swim in the ocean like we were hoping.

Nice location and space - lots of rules

We enjoyed our stay. Great jumping off point to Key West and various other areas and activities available in the Keys. The unit suited our needs, had nearly everything we needed, and was clean. The owner was very responsive to our questions and issues. There were a LOT of rules. Not a big deal for us, except that one was to keep the temperature above a certain level. We followed that but found it too warm at times. We felt the unit would be nicer with a couple of fans. Other issues were minor, although the beds could have been much more comfortable. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful property. It was so clean, cute and stocked with everything you need...it really exceeded our expectations. If you have kids, the venture out community is perfect. Lots for the kids to do. I have one complaint, or rather observation. It didnt affect us, but it could affect someone else. The bedrooms are listed as having one bedroom with a bunk bed and the other bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed. The 2nd bedroom only had a queen size bed. If you were needing and expecting that other bunk bed it would be surprising for it not to be there. Again.... we were not affected by this detail. Our stay was perfect. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the lower keys.

Lovely property, very clean & comfortable. House was great. Venture Out trailer parking issues were a hassle, but it worked out okay. Boat washing & fish cleaning station was a great help.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautifully decorated, completely stocked with everything you need and is centrally located to many fun sites in the lower keys. The community also has many fun activities (pool, boat landing, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball courts, game room, etc). What a gem!

Very comfortable place

Exactly as pictured!

This location is exactly as pictured. Unit was very comfortable, clean, and AC worked well (not always the case on hot days). The pool was a nice temperature as well, not too cold for my son to enjoy it. Communication with the owner was also very easy. We strongly recommend this unit.

Close to Key West

Wonderful stay - close enough to Key West without being right in the thick of things. Loved all the amenities of the Venture Out resort and the proximity to both Key West & Marathon attractions.

Beautiful cottage! Nice getaway

Property was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend this property. Property manager was easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back!
