This newly constructed property brings chic, low-maintenance living to the heart of the Arts District in Annapolis.

No parties, events, or large gatherings!

The week-long stay discount is 10%!
The month-long stay discount is 20%!

Pets are $100 per stay!

We would be happy to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times if available!

The space:
The property is an elegant, two-bedroom corner residence with a highly coveted formal foyer. The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.
Guest access:
Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Other things to note
This is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple VRBO listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). Thank you for helping us on our journey toward accomplishing our dreams.

The unit has a Ring video doorbell. This is not actively monitored but may be reviewed if there are concerns during the stay. Guests must comply with the number of guests, party, pet, and smoking policies.

A local cleaning team from the area professionally cleans the unit!

This property is beautifully furnished and equipped with every convenience one could wish for. The check in instructions provided by the host were fool-proof and super easy to follow. The unit itself was impeccably clean. As a native Annapolitan, I can attest that this location could not be better for walking access to local restaurants, historical sites and the famous Rams Head venue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Spot for checking out Annapolis

This place was great! We were in Annapolis for a wedding and extended our weekend for 4 day. We parked our car and never touched it again until we departed. We walked everywhere. Saw the sights enjoyed multiple pubs and restaurants. Ellen was super responsive with all our inquiries. The apartment was really well set up with so many supplies. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Annapolis winter getaway

We love walking around exploring historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, this condo was the perfect location to do so. Very modern unit with all the comforts, very quiet building. Inside parking space was a big bonus, especially during winter weather!

I had such a wonderful time in Annapolis celebrating Thanksgiving week with college friends. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Annapolis. Wonderful apartment. Great hosts and very easy check in/check out process. Spotless, great space (including lovely outdoor porch) with everything we could possibly need. Was perfect for our combo work remotely/vacation week, with desks in each bedroom. And we loved the location, in close walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!
