Sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge may be enjoyed from your apartment with tall windows facing the bay, private patio, and hot tub! 50 ft of waterfront make this private walk-out garden-level apartment nestled in a small wooded oasis near downtown Annapolis a gem. Walk to the marinas or the Sailing School to catch a water taxi to downtown or book a private sail or fishing tour. Walk to Port Annapolis to get some fresh baked goods at Black Market Bakery.

Access the large 1000+ sf private apartment from a rear separate entrance of this owner-occupied home. There is dedicated space for 2 cars at the end of the driveway.

The King bed is spacious. The Queen sleeper sofa by American Leather is the most comfortable on the market. Note that this apartment is a studio, and the bedroom is open to the living space and queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy high speed internet during your stay. Watch your shows on the flat screen TV using your streaming accounts (there is no cable; bring your passwords to log in to your favorite steaming channels such as Netflix, AppleTV, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.). There is an XBOX and a large collection of DVDs for some old-school movie thrills.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INSURANCE: When you book with VRBO, you should see an option for either paying an insurance fee (flat rate ~$59) or submitting a refundable deposit. Choose whichever option best suits you. These transactions are with VRBO, not the host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay View Studio Apartment. It's an excellent use of an excellent location. The apartment is spacious, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped, tidy and easy to navigate. The entire place felt clean and orderly. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub at the close of day. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning! We highly recommend Laura as a host!

Everything about this rental is fabulous. Perfectly appointed, special view, such a large and convenient place close to downtown Annapolis. The host is very friendly and accommodating. She is very responsive to questions. Easy check in and out! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The studio is very large, comfortable and spotless. Perfect for 2 people. The view of the Bay is beautiful, and the property is very tranquil. Laura, our host, has thought of everything to make our visit perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable sheets. She communicates immediately and you would never know she lives above you, the house is very quiet. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks for making this a great vacation!

A million dollar view far from the craziness of downtown Annapolis fed my soul for five weeks this summer! Absolutely stunning if you are a "water person." Check-in was easy, and Laura, the host, is delightful, extremely responsive, attentive, and always available. The apartment is basic, but very clean and comfortable. It's a five-star all around!

Fantastic gem in Eastport!

What a gem this place is! My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of nights after Christmas for a mini getaway, just the two of us. Fantastic views, super clean property, and this space had everything we needed. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed some time playing cards next to the fireplace. The location is also down the street from Starbucks, a liquor store, and a grocery store - our essentials ha! Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you!

The apartment is much larger than it looks in the photos and the view simply can't be beat. The host is very responsive and helpful. And who doesn't love a hot tub right on the water?! Would absolutely stay here again.

Very relaxing location right on the Chesapeake shore. We saw deer and a fox on the property, Only 15 minute drive to downtown Annapolis and even nearer to a "Giant" supermarket. All the amenities and appliances are there for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked, making it a breeze to whip up meals. We especially loved the water toys and the hot tub—what a fun addition! The beds is super comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for another day of adventure. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, soaking in the beautiful views, and it was just the relaxation we needed. Plus, with walkable access to water taxis and a short drive to downtown Annapolis, this place is the perfect launching point to explore the area. We can’t wait to come back again—this place has truly won our hearts!

Beautiful and comfortable

We are repeat visitors to this property because of the location, the owner, the comfort and the amazing view here. The owner is so nice and has excellent communication.
