With a heated pool, room for 16, games, 3 TV's & a beautiful fenced in yard, you may not want to leave but in just 6 minutes you can be at The Jensen Causeway Park, where you can launch any boat or water toys you bring, grill by the water or continue over the bridge where it ends at oceans edge of the beautiful waters of Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island, with free parking! Grab our umbrella & beach mats! Unlike many FL vacation areas, Martin County offers bathrooms and free parking at the main beaches so stay as long as you like without worrying about running back to pay the meter!

Our heated pool means you can use it year round! Relax in multiple loungers and enjoy pool side dining for your family to make wonderful memories together. Grab the corn hole game and play in the extended back yard while someone fires up the grill poolside! The back yard is fenced in but there is an area that smaller dogs could get under the fence. We provide some games, floats and toys but feel free to bring your favorites!

Our eat in Kitchen with a TV & seating for 4 and a Pool View Dining Room with seating for 12 following it, is designed with large families sharing meals together in mind.

Split layout for bedrooms:
-Small Queen Bedroom with Closet & Dresser
-Master Queen Bedroom with Full Bathroom w/ Shower Ensuite, Large Closet & Roku TV
-The Double Room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed with Railings- this room has a TV with Firestick ready for your log in
-A Full Bathroom w/ Shower & Tub is off the Hallway to these bedrooms

On the other side will be
-A King Bedroom & Huge Wall Length Closet (hidden behind curtains)
-Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer ( and starter detergent)
-A Full Bathroom with Shower

Continue on into the large family room with a huge TV,
-a Sofa Bed,
-a Sectional Sofa Bed
-a Double Bed
- and room for an airbed if your family needs it! (you'll find a twin airbed in the closet)
-There's also a large table desk for those who must work while they play :)

You have access to the entire house with exception to the locked owners closet & storage containers under the beds. We are sharing our Florida vacation home with you; please take care of it as you would your own :-)

Heating the pool will take 12 hours to heat up
Absolutely no smoking on the property, inside or out
All guests, including children and dogs, must be on the booking - no outside visitors
Pet fee charged is per dog & covers up to seven nights.
