Beautiful Condo in Catalina Foothills, La Encantada, Galleries and Restaurants!

This Skyline condo is where antique western style meets modern charm. Start your day by stepping out onto a private covered patio to enjoy your coffee or unwind with friends over some wine at sunset. Decompress in the open living area during the day or head down to the heated community pool for a dip. Take an evening stroll to La Encantada, happy hour at Raw, dinner at Vivace's or grab some produce at AJ's for a home cooked meal. Comfort, convenience and location-this spot has it all!



This is a ground level two-bedroom, one bath condo with a full kitchen, open living and dining room, a washer and dryer and a covered back patio. We are located right across from the heated pool and jacuzzi.



The large Master Bedroom has a California King bed, a TV complete with cable, a dresser/vanity, a walk-in closet, and oversized reading chair.



The second bedroom has a full size bed and a work station with a beautiful antique office chair.



The living and dining space are open and very inviting with their bright windows to the back patio. Whether its catching up on a good read in the leather couch or playing games with friends and family in the dining room this area is lovely.



For our active guests we have put up a bike rack on the wall in the dining room that can accommodate two road bikes preferably and also a mountain bike. In Arizona there are trails within 15-30 minutes of this condo. For our road bikers Skyline is right around the corner to start your day.


The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook for large groups, make margaritas and brew local coffee to start your day.


The bathroom has an oversized vanity with ample storage and has a door to separate the toileting and bathing area.



We have plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and bedding to accommodate your sleeping needs/preferences.



The unit is entirely private and available for your use only. The shared spaces include the community amenities; heated pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. The reservation includes one covered parking space. The uncovered parking spaces can used for additional vehicles.

Great Condo!
Condo is a corner unit so has a lot of light. Very clean, great communication. Very convenient location and walkable to shopping and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Comfortable Place
My husband and I enjoyed our month-long stay in February at this comfortable, clean, and cozy ground floor condo. (Pictures depict the rental as it really is.) It's located in a well maintained, quiet development in an upscale area. Parking is steps away from front door. We cooked most of our meals, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies. My husband relished stretching out on the oversized couch to watch his NBA games on the big screen TV. We slept well on the king bed. We used the back porch frequently for coffee in the a.m. sun and afternoon tea and happy hour in the cool shade. And we made good use of the desk for our computer zooming. The pool deck is lovely with awesome views of the mountains. As a bonus, the owners are easily reachable and accommodating. All in all, a nice vacation rental.

Hey there, my husband and I are lovers of adventure and trying it all. We are very active in the gym and outdoors; we love to dirt bike, mountain bike, scuba diving and try anything in between. Over the years we have been blessed to travel around the world and the US - utilizing VRBO/AirBnB as often as we can and made the leap to transition our first home into a short-term rental. We immediately fell in love with the hosting experience. My passion for design and my husbands love of welding and woodwork are displayed throughout each of our properties. We wear many hats but the one we found the most fitting is being people of our word. So with each guest and property we focus on providing and maintaining the highest standards. While each space will offer a unique experience we believe they all feel like a home away from home. Motto: All that we are is the result of what we have thought!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This unit is centrally located to everything. We love being active and this condo has easy access to Skyline road or take Campbell down to the river path for anyone who roadbikes. For our mountain bikers head about 3-5 miles west to hit Honeybee or Catalina state park. If you enjoy road or trail runs just walk outside the complex and head north on Campbell, there is a incline for about a 1-1.5 miles and than you can do some trail running at the top/end of the road. The community is very quiet so when you need to relax break open a book on the back porch or walk over to the heated pool and jacuzzi area for some R&R. Than in evening or even on a Sunday afternoon we love to catch a bite/drink at Raw.
