We had a fantastic stay at Clam Lake! The check-in process was very smooth, and the house was incredibly spacious, giving our entire family plenty of room to relax and hang out together. The lake and surrounding scenery were really beautiful and made for a nice setting to unwind and enjoy northern Michigan. Also, the game room was a big hit with the kids!

We had the best time at this home, it was super roomy, clean, and had many different appliances which was super nice since we love to cook! The yard was amazing, we rented a boat and took it out fishing on clam lake and visited the torch lake sandbar. I miss it already! I definitely recommend this stay! The check in and out process was easy and the host and property manager were great. We want to stay here again next year!

Beautiful home, very well suited for families in a great location. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and parking our boat at the dock out back. Kristi was quick to respond to messages and the owner was very accommodating for some of our special requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Comfortable, well appointed cottage

This cottage has everything you could want- great location, comfortable, tons of space, well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels and supplies and was very clean. The host was very responsive and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Lovely Clam Lake Cottage

We love coming to Clam Lake and this cottage delivered! Amazing location, extremely well-stocked kitchen, clean and spacious. We had several very hot days, and it was still cool inside, even without AC. Excellent and responsive property manager. The entire family loved it.

Great house! Great, spacious house on the lake. We love staying on Clam Lake, much calmer than Torch but so close to Torch Lake. Love the finished basement and extra kitchen, as well as the spacious bedrooms. Lots of amenities at the house. Great communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Perfect spot for Torch Lake access

This is our 2nd year at this house and 3rd year on Clam Lake. We live staying in Clam Lake over Torch with our boat din e the lake is always nice and calm and great for tubing and wake surfing. We bring friends and family and fill up the house with the 12 person max and it’s great bc it’s so spacious with large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we don’t feel like we’re on top of each other. The game room and second kitchen is always a great perk.Def recommend!

Beautiful house and waterfront property. Very spacious for large group. The house was probably the best equipped property we have stayed around torch lake. We could actually cook for 10 with ease! We were able to dock the boat securely instead of wading to a mooring bouy, Yay! We would come again.

Beautiful home and location

Kristi was a wonderful host and the property was well-kept, the outdoor areas were great, and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend staying here, but definitely worth noting there's no A/C.

The house was perfect for us. It is well maintained and furnished. The biggest negative is the lack of air conditioning. Although the lower level was cool, not everyone could sleep down there., On a hot night, even with the provided fans, there was little sleep.

Winter Holidays Fun

Great stay! The house is equipped with everything you need, it is clean and well maintained. In addition the location is great. It is close to the ski slopes at Schuss and not too bad of a drive to Boyne Mountain. We would definitely love to come back! Thanks, Mihaela

Great place with easy access to Torch

Everything was great, Kristi was very quick to respond. Only exception is for the amount that is being charged per night and no disclosure that the house does not have A/C. I guess I was wrong to just assume that a rental of that size and price would have A/C. Please make a note in the description that the home does not have A/C

Not all houses are the perfect fit for some guests. This is not a party house. It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with lots of enjoyable indoor and outdoor activities available for guests of all ages. Guests do need to be respectful of the neighbors.
