Introducing THE PEARL, one of our premier properties on the Isle of Palms! This spacious Charleston-style home was updated in early 2024 with hardwood flooring throughout, renovated first-floor kitchen space, upgraded bathrooms, as well as unbelievable outdoor spaces like a new pool with light-up water feature, hot tub with high-pressure jets, new outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor TV, new decking and even a 7-hole golf putting course!
With 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths & 2 half baths, 3 floors of living area, dual kitchens, incredible outdoor spaces, and 2,000 square feet of porches, it is the perfect spot to spend a getaway by the beach. It was even featured on Bravo's "Top Chef" Season 14! Step out back to enjoy the private saltwater pool or take the elevator up to the third floor rooftop deck for a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool can now be heated in the colder months or chilled in the warm summers, making it a true year-round oasis!
