Quogue Summer Family House
***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE ONLY 2 WEEKS AVAILABLE IN AUGUST LEFT**
Our house was designed for easy summer living for our family.
Main Floor:
When you first walk in there is an open living room, dining room and kitchen area that leads to the open deck area. You will then enter a separate family room with a large sectional perfect for the kids. In addition, there are two guest bedrooms (one with a Queen and other with a King) with full bathroom. The laundry room is on the first floor too. Above the family room there is a bonus loft area that can be used for extra guests to sleep or lounge in (great for teens to hang out in).
Second Level:
On the second floor there is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunkbeds and a twin (sleeps 5 total) and across the hall another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom in hallway. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath with his and her built in closets.
The outdoor space includes an inground pool with large deck surrounding. On the deck we have patio furniture for sunbathing, a large teak table with chairs that seats 10 or more and a new large grill. There is also a large open lawn for summer games/fun.
Our house has beach rights to the Quogue Village Beach. There are lifeguards and a restaurant located on a very quiet beautiful beach. Choose to ride your bike there or drive.
We have made many happy memories in this home!
