You’ll be wowed by the incredible, 180-degree views of Cudjoe Bay at this three-bedroom home in Cudjoe Key. Completely remodeled inside and out, this high-end home boasts an expansive wrap-around deck, multiple outdoor seating areas, and two private docks that are ideal for fishing or mooring a small boat.

Vaulted ceilings soar above the welcoming living area. Take in the dramatic bay views, watch a movie on the 36-inch flatscreen TV, or rack up the nearby pool table. You can also flex your culinary muscles in the ultra-modern kitchen, boasting glossy white cabinetry, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and an island that seats four - a wonderful spot for casual dining. A dark wooden dining table accommodates six as well.

Outside on the wrap-around deck, you can sip morning coffee at the bistro tables or savor al fresco meals around the eight-person dining table. Beneath the house, there’s a picnic table, a Ping-Pong table, a gas grill, and a large lounge area with ample seating right by the bay. You’ll also find a firepit area and the two private docks, accommodating a small boat up to 16 feet in length.

Among the three stylish bedrooms is a bay view primary suite with deck access and a chic en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and an inviting jetted tub. Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms each have bay views as well, with the third bedroom also offering deck access. Additional amenities include a sparkling guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional half-bath, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, one kayak, and boat trailer parking. A boat launch awaits close by at Cudjoe Gardens Marina.

Spend the day kayaking or boating the waters of Cudjoe Bay, or walk mere minutes to arrange trips with a local fishing charter. The sandy shores of Bahia Honda State Park are only 14.8 miles away, while National Key Deer Refuge (8.6 miles) is nearby as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There are two docks available for guest use. There is one dock that is shared with the owner's boat (which is permanently on-site), which can accommodate a boat up to 14 feet in length. The other dock can fit up to a 16-foot boat. There is a $15 daily docking fee (should you bring a boat). If you are bringing a boat, please contact Vacasa at least three days prior to arrival to make arrangements.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
