Waterfront home with private boat ramp. Cozy remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath (plus bonus room and outdoor shower). Enjoy bikes, paddle boards, and snorkeling off the dock. Balcony deck to watch amazing sunsets. 3 person hot tub. Close enough to Key West to enjoy a night out and far enough to relax and watch the sunsets from the porch. World class dining down the road.. Nightly Rate is based on 28 day minimum night stay. No rental arbitrage allowed.

Relaxing at the beach house

Clean and comfortable, right on Cudjoe Bay. The boat ramp was very handy and functional. Everything we needed was there and made our stay most enjoyable. The view from the deck is fantastic my wife sat out there for hours reading. We would love to stay here again

Great water access

I was very pleased for our first rental. Cute home with cute wildlife right outside the back door. Loved the view and access to the bay.

Month in the Keys

We spent the month of January here. From checking in to checking out everything was perfect.Loved the sunsets from back porch. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Neighbors were friendly. Close to some great places to eat. All in all a totally enjoyable vacation.

Christmas in the Keys

The house was great, very clean and well maintained. The on-site boat dock was super convenient and worked well with our boat. The views from the outside space did not disappoint and the sandy back yard gave it a very beachy feel.

Boating and Fishing Paradise

Check in was easy. Questions were answered quickly. House was stocked with all the essentials. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, lots of fishing, and late night walks. Great place to unwind and enjoy family time. Hope to return again someday. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place!!

So glad we booked here - the house was great and the access to the fishing in the backcountry was easy. We had a flats boat and the launch from the house was super easy. Used the kayak, SUPs and bikes lots. Would recommend without hesitation.

NICE STAY

The location was amazing, and the property had lots of extras such as a hot tub, fishing equipment, canoe and kyak. The porch overlooks the canal which leads directly into the ocean.

Great Experience

The property is nicely kept and comfortable with updated appliances and fixtures. We shave stayed at different rental homes in the Keys through the years and this one was one of the nicer ones. The boat ramp was a little tight for our boat trailer (24' boat with double axel trailer) and you need to be a great boat driver to get that longer boat off the trailer as the canal is pretty narrow with the dock across the way. If we stayed her again we would just use the public boat ramp. If you have a smaller bay or flats boat it would be fine to use as boat ramp though. The owner was very quick to respond to messages when needed which is also a plus! Thanks for letting us rent your property!

Great place

Pictures don’t do it justice. Next to last lot on canal. Easy in and out with great view. Kids were swimming the canal all week. 25ft boat we launched at the house ramp. Lots of kayaks and paddle boards with big harbor to play.

Hidden Gem

The house was very clean and the location on the canal was excellent , little to no boat traffic. The kayak and the stand up paddle boards made our stay there even more pleasant. The Sandy front beach and the boat ramp made it easy to get in and out of the canal. The upstairs deck was wonderful for relaxing and grilling meals. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again !!!

Wonderful place to stay with gorgeous sunsets!

We loved staying at this home. The location was amazing with excellent restaurants near by. The outdoor space was our own mini private beach. We even had a Nurse Shark swim by the dock! The house itself was very well maintained and had all of the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend staying at this property!!
