Our 4 Bed/4 Bath home is your perfect country getaway just 5 min from Catskill and 15 min from Hudson. Inside youâll feel like you stepped into a ski lodge with 20-foot, wood ceilings, and a roaring gas fireplace. Downstairs, we have a pool table, ping pong/air hockey table, and a 75 inch TV. Our outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, grilling during the day, and picture-perfect Catskill sunsets. At night, enjoy a pondside fire and take in a star-filled sky. We are situated right next to a public golf course, you can walk right over from the house to play!

OPEN CONCEPT MASTER overlooking the living room (keep in mind the master is open air with NO CLOSED WALL). THERE IS A DOOR FOR THE TOILET BUT NOT FOR THE MASTER BATH ENTRANCE.
*Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed. En-suite bedroom with queen bed on main floor near kitchen area
*Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, and Bunk Bed. Downstairs on the walkout basement level. En-suite bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top)
*Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed. Downstairs on the walkout basement level. En-suite bedroom with a queen bed and a desk
*The Sectional Sofa, Full Air Mattress and a Twin Pullout Sofa bed are also available for sleeping

The pond is NOT suitable for swimming
We had someone recently trash our home and they had a party. With that in mind, weâve had to install outdoor cameras. They face outside only and we respect your privacy completely.
