This 4 br 2 ba sleeps 10, perfect for a weekend getaway or weeklong retreat. Spy mountain views from 2 private balconies, relax in the soaking tub or oversized shower with heated floors, enjoy a movie night on the 85” TV and plush sofa, or cook together in the chef’s kitchen. Savor a meal at the custom-built dining table or on the massive back deck.

Unplug with the family or a group of friends at our cozy upstate retreat, located conveniently in heart of Catskill Village, down the road from Catskill Creek, a 10’ drive from trendy Hudson and Saugerties, 25 minutes from Hunter Mountain, and a 2 hr drive or train ride from NYC. This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 10 people, perfect for a weekend getaway or spending a weeklong holiday with 2 families. Enjoy the mountain views from the balconies, luxuriate in the soaking tub or oversized shower with rainshower head and heated floors, enjoy a movie night on the 85 inch TV and plush sofa, or cook a meal together in the chef’s kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a family dinner enjoyed at the dining table or outdoors on the massive back deck.

Whether you want to stay in or explore any of the many activities in the area, this home is perfectly suited to meet everyone’s needs. Enjoy the Mediterranean coastal airiness of the Barcelona room, read a book in the rich coziness of the Denver room, take advantage of the workspace and ensuite bathroom in the Hudson room, or steal away to watch your favorite show in the Manhattan room—there is truly something for every type of guest here. 2 off street parking spaces in driveway included and additional parking right in front.

*Strictly prohibited: No Pets and No Smoking/Vaping. Violation of this policy will incur additional fees for the deep cleaning, odor remidiation, and damage/replacement costs to linens, furniture or other items. Your stay may be terminated without a refund.

**There are stairs to access the home from the outside as well as stairs inside. Guests with mobility limitations should plan accordingly.

We highly recommend Catskill Penthouse. Cozy & beautifully decorated. Location is ideally walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet with a wonderful view from the living room. Our host Natasha was responsive and thorough. Do be aware of the back stairs especially if it is raining. Consider lightweight luggage. Otherwise do not hesitate to book. You’ll love it!

Another great stay!

This was the 2nd time our group of friends stayed in this rental and we love it. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the upgrades, such as a rain shower and heated floor. The living room has an enormous tv where we relaxed and watched golf and listened to music. The unit has beautiful views of the Catskill mountains. There are 2 sets of stairs to reach this unit which is not a problem for our group but could be for some. This unit will not disappoint you. We will be back next year!

College girls reunion for the over 50 year olds- perfect spot

Natasha and her Penthouse were absolutely perfect. Location and space are exactly what is advertised. We took Natasha’s recommendations. Went to The Maker for a beautiful dinner- 10 Minutes away in Hudson, went for a lovely hike, had breakfast on Sunday in town at Willa’s - beds were comfortable, kitchen well Appointed with everything you could want. Would come Back for sure!

Beautiful accommodations with a fantastic location

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is very clean, bright and feels brand new. The outdoor deck was amazing and the large spacious kitchen was perfect. Everything was as advertised and all communications with the host were timely and crystal clear. Located a short walk from downtown Catskill you really could not have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful, Well-Equipped Home

This property was absolutely gorgeous and very well furnished. We lacked for nothing. I would happily stay here again. As mentioned in the posting, it is three floors up (four to the very top) so not suitable for people who can't climb stairs. For everyone else, it can't be beat!
