The townhouse is located next to the beautiful public American Classic Golf Club, offering a peaceful and scenic setting. Our townhouse is centrally located on the border of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, just off Route 1. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and well-maintained, while still being close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

Nearby, guests can enjoy American Classic Golf Club, grocery shopping at ACME, Tanger Outlets, Marshalls, Sweet Frog, the movie theater, and a variety of restaurants and cafes in the area.

For beach days, Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park are approximately 4.7 miles away. Cape Henlopen State Park has a daily entrance fee of $10 for Delaware vehicles and $20 for out-of-state vehicles. Rehoboth Beach is about 5.4 miles away and offers a lively boardwalk, Funland, arcades, restaurants, local shops, and family-friendly activities.

Dewey Beach is approximately 5.7 miles from the townhouse and is known for its restaurants, nightlife, and water activities, including kayaking, parasailing, and jet ski rentals.
