The host provided very good instructions to help us find their location, get parked and access the space without issue. This was in a great spot that was easy to get to and allowed us to enjoy our day skiing and relax with some rejuvenating time in the hot pools on site in the evening. The condo was well-equipped and super comfortable. I would definitely look to stay here again if the opportunity came up in the future!

Clean and spacious, was a great place to stay while we skied and snowboarded in Banff. Suite had everything we needed. Indoor parking was warm and convenient. Getting to the pool area is a bit awkward, requiring a walk through the parkade. Hot tub is huge and is well laid out to accommodate quite a few people. Elevator is very slow, we were glad we were on a low floor so we could take the stairs if we weren't carrying much.

Excellent stay - the hosts were great with communication and instructions to access the building and parking. It was completely automated and very easy. The property is beautiful and is just as shown in the photos. Excellent location being close to Banff National Park, yet away from the busyness of the town of Banff. From the condo, we had a short walk to groceries, restaurants and anything else we needed. Communication with Bing was excellent.

Very nicely set up, although I would have liked mugs for coffee. My big problem was the door code, which refused to work for me. I had to get help from the front desk to open it the first time. I left the door ajar whenever I went out. And I couldn't get in touch with the owner.
