Great view of the lake. Close to Bristol Mountain and the City of Cananadauiga. Comfortable beds. The gas fire pit on the deck was a nice touch for the chilly nights sitting around with family. Fantastic week!

The view is phenomenal!! John is very easy to work with and was responsive when we did need to reach out. We would absolutely stay here again, if we're lucky enough to visit the Finger Lakes again!! The bouquet of fresh flowers on the coffee table was a nice touch, too.

This house was amazing. Every single amenity you could want, clean, and so comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here! We came with 8 friends, and we all fit very comfortably. Game nights, movie nights, hot tub chills - it was awesome.

The Fox Den property was an ideal spot for our annual girl’s trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking our meals. The view overlooking the lake was spectacular and the numerous wildlife sightings kept us entertained each day. Our host John quickly responded to us very quickly with our requests and all things got resolved in a matter of minutes. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture both inside and on the deck. We hope to return again next year.

Beautiful home - plenty of space with lots to do. Enjoyed the view of the view of the lake and wildlife. Great location that is close to the town, breweries, wineries and lake. We found it very relaxing. The host is very responsive. It was very relaxing! Loved our stay.

The home was in the perfect location to watch the sun rise on Canandaigua Lake. We loved the size of the home. The deck was great - we sat out there several times, enjoying the weather and the view. I loved being able to get out there from the master bedroom, living room, and Florida room. Watched the families of deer travel through. There are several upgrades in the home. Both A/C and heat worked well - on our trip, we ended up using both! The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of options for those that like to prepare their meals. Lots of beds to sleep a bigger group who don't mind sharing a room. The fox room with twin beds was adorable! And the location was close enough to amenities that it was easy to run to Wegmans or grab a bite. The private drive and driveway are steep, and there are potholes on the private drive, so be prepared to drive slowly. In bad weather, would suggest at least all-wheel drive. Check in was established before arrival. Check out policies were clear and easy. Overall great stay!

House was great our ski week at Bristol. Also, the owners were very responsive to a few questions we contacted them for, but most resonsive when they contacted us within the half hour of check out to let us know we had left a few valuables behind! Thank you John/Jasmine and cleaning staff!

Rented the cabin for a bachelorette trip and It was perfect. The house was exactly as listed, honestly it was bigger than we thought, and VERY clean. Owner’s communication was fantastic. Would highly recommended to everyone. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Fabulous family getaway!

We spent 4 nights here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. The home accommodated 11 people from our family, ranging in age from 2-79, very easily. The views are gorgeous, the house was stocked with all the essentials, and the communication with the homeowner John was excellent. We will definitely be returning!
