My 4 friends and I enjoyed our short stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quaint. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio with the fireplace.

The place worked great for our family group of 10. Plenty of space, very clean, and the two kitchens/two fridges were very helpful as we prepared for a wedding. The backyard was fun for the kids, with a cornhole set. Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive.

This place is perfect for a family gathering, including large or extended family. Two living rooms, two washers and dryers, two driveways, two kitchens even! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to Denver and Red Rock Amphitheater with plenty to do and grocery stores just a few minutes away. The host Ryan was awesome. He had helped us the very next day when we had a ROUGH start to our vacation. 10/10, next vacation to Colorado, I will look for this listing again for another stay in this house!

The whole place was welcoming and comfortable upon walking in. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed all the natural lighting throughout the house. This place was toddler friendly and equipped with high chairs and playpens. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location was close to all the attractions we were going to such as Waterworld and the zoo. Host was kind and responsive. Loved having morning coffee out on the patio with our Skibo game and the evenings were relaxing in the cozy lit backyardI. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient & Spacious

This was a great location for our work trip - between Denver and Red Rocks. Ryan was great at communicating everything with us. There was a great space in the backyard that we enjoyed. The large bedroom and bathroom on the main level was very nice.

Quiet and spacious

This place was great for the family. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was perfect! Ryan was easy to communicate with. The shower in the master was awesome. The upstairs dishwasher didnt work, but there is a kitchen downstairs, so we just used the dishwasher down there. Would stay again!

Great vacation home and host

Enjoyed staying at this house for a week with family members, including 2 toddlers. The house was very clean and updated and had various spaces to accommodate the schedules of babies napping while adults could still enjoy time together. Ryan was very responsive to questions we had throughout our stay, even connecting an outdoor water spigot so that we could provide water play for the toddlers since we were here during the 100 degree heat wave. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for this family get together. I would recommend staying at this home for a relaxing vacation with a great host.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This is one of those rare properties where the pictures undersell the house. And considering the pics are pretty good, that’s saying something! Ryan was a very responsive host and everything worked without issue. We had a great time winding down our evenings outside by the indoor/outdoor fireplace and lounging in the main floor den. Beds were comfy, all the basics were covered. And the neighbors were very nice!

Kitchen

Kitchen was dirty, not well stocked, no dish soap or towels to wash dishes, so bought our own. The inside of cupboards are filthy. It definitely needs a major deep clean.

Hi Scott, I'm sorry to hear that the kitchen cleanliness and level of readiness was not to your liking. I wish you had mentioned something during your stay, so that I would have had a chance to rectify it. I will give the feedback to the cleaner for future guests though, so thank you. Just FYI, because there are two kitchens, sometimes kitchen utensils and dishes end up in the opposite kitchen from where they started. Thanks, Ryan

Amazing stay in Arvada!

My husband and I traveled with a group of our closest friends for a relaxing week in the Denver area. We were excited to see the house from the posting, but it met and exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and well-stocked with essentials, especially in the kitchen! It’s super spacious, and the backyard was a perfect place to have a relaxing evening by the fire. The location is perfect— 20 minutes or so from downtown Denver, 30-40 minutes from Boulder. Plus, Old Town Arvada was only a few minutes away! Ryan was super friendly, a prompt and thorough communicator, and was happy to accommodate us in any way he could. Definitely recommend this property for your trip! We would absolutely stay there again!
