The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, open chef's kitchen and plenty outdoor space to relax and enjoy the incredible ocean views. Walk to La Mela Beach or enjoy a dip in the swimming pool. You’ll love the covered terrace as well as the center patio. Each furnished for lounging and dining. One bedroom is in the main part of the villa with the kitchen, living room (w/queen sleeper sofa), and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is a suite that offers a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, and bathroom. It is located across the patio (see photos). With two sleeper sofas, and 2 queen beds, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The second floor of the property is a separate studio-suite. Please message us if you would like to rent the entire property. Located 5 mins away from Buye Beach and 10 mins from Boqueron Beach. Or take the beautiful drive to CombatĂ© Beach, The Lighthouse Beach (Playa Suscia), or Parguera to enjoy the Bioluminescent Bay. A short drive North and you'll be eating sea side in Joyuda or catching the waves in Rincon and Aguadilla!

The place was nice. But the bedroom lights did not work. The dishwasher is not working and the oven toaster was not working. The grass was was high and not cut for presentation. For the money you want would like to see better.

The villa was exactly as pictured, if not better. It was clean and felt very cozy and spacious. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and the amazing view. Everything we needed, worked perfectly.We had problems with water for several hours, but it was an issue in the community, nothing the host could control.The location was fantastic. We were a quick drive to the beach and supermarket which made our trip so much easier.Ahmad was an excellent host. Communication was quick, clear, easy, and the check-in process was seamless.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cabo Rojo. We would absolutely book again!

The best VRBO we have ever stayed at!

The place was amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean! So relaxing! Loved all the outdoor space and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The host was great and very responsive to all of our questions. They had everything we could possibly need, all the little thought full touches were greatly appreciated. My child is special needs and can’t walk, so the wagon and sand toys were super helpful. The location was great! Close to everything we needed! We will definitely come back! Would love to spend our entire week here on our next trip!

This was such a beautiful home in an equally beautiful location. We truly enjoyed our stay. Waking up to bird song, making our own meals in the well appointed kitchen with amazing views, and enjoying the pool and patio areas all made for a delightful experience. A Cozy Paradise

It is a property where you truly feel right at home! Fantastic location with beautiful beaches close by, especially Buye and La Soucia!!!! The home is sooooo cozy and has everything you need. Towels, beach chairs, masks and snorkels, a gorgeous pool with a view of the ocean. The owners Ahmad and Laura are the best! One in a million! You will absolutely love this piece of paradise!!!!!

As close to perfect as it gets

Ahmad is a very nice person; met him and his family while I was there. He is very accommodating, responsive and his communication was clear. I rented the entire property including the suite in the second floor. The property is very close to the beach and the view from the first floor main bedroom, kitchen and patio was breathtaking. The view from the second floor suite is even better with a more expensive view of the ocean and refreshing strong breeze when the wind is blowing. Even with a almost full moon lots of stars was visible at night and I can only imagine the view with a darker sky. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for relaxing. Work is ongoing on a swimming pool and when competed it would add more value to the property.

Great property.

This property was amazing. So beautiful. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The beds were so comfortable. You have to turn the fans and air off before you leave for the day but do not worry as soon as you turn them on the rooms cool right down. Would stay here again. The host was very easy to communicate with: I forgot earrings there and he offered to mail them to me. This host is very above and beyond a lot of hosts.

Cayito Del Sol is the best stay on the West coast!

Cayito Del Sol is awesome! Ahmad is the most gracious, hospitable and kind host you'll ever meet. If you get the opportunity to chat with him, take it. He's an really excellent conversationalist and all around great guy. What an absolute pleasure to meet him and stay at his treasure of a property at Cayito Del Sol. The location is perfect for easy access to the best beaches in Cabo Rojo. It's also close to shopping and restaurants. The view is downright gorgeous. The villa itself is really something to behold. The veranda is so chill. The hammock and comfy furniture are the perfect ways to relax there. The patio is open and airy. It's really nice for outdoor dining. The kitchen is a chef's dream to cook in. Everything was well appointed. Anything I needed was there. Toiletries, utensils, linens etc. Laundry access was super helpful. The cooler and beach towels proved essential. Despite hot temperatures outside, I didn't need to turn the A/C on much. Or, even the fans for that matter. It stayed pretty cool inside the entire time. My cat loved her entire stay too. I don't think she wanted to leave either. I can't recommend staying at Ahmad's beautiful Cayito Del Sol enough. Thank you Ahmad!

Excellent Space

Great Villa in an ideal location

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this villa in Cabo Rojo. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it's 5 minutes from the best beach in the area. It was a very relaxing few days! Thanks Ahmed!

Great location, no AC in the house

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the location being that it was only 3 mins from the beach, and the house itself was really nice. In the main part of the house, there’s not an AC unit. My wife and I found ourselves miserable most days and unable to enjoy our stay because it was so hot both inside and outside. The AC unit in the bedroom attached to the main part of the house was broken and that was the only AC in the actual house. So, we were left completely out of luck
 the separate bedroom was fantastic and the AC worked the entire time with no issues. Cooking, showering, attempting to lounge, and whatever else we wanted to do in the house was incredibly difficult because it just got so hot. My wife and I booked our trip for 10 days and left after day 6 to go stay in San Juan because it was that terrible. Overall just a very frustrating was to try and enjoy vacation. We won’t be renting here again.

After vacationing to the island several times over the past 5 years, our family decided to relocate from (cold and snowy) Minnesota! It only took us one visit to the West Coast (PR) to decide that's exactly where we wanted to be. We live in the mountains of Mayaguez and have a second home in Cabo Rojo that we share with friends, family, and travelers! We love creating beautiful and welcoming spaces that allow us to connect with nature, enjoy the beauty within our home, and that which surrounds us. We take pride in being exceptional and accomodating hosts. If there is anything we can do to make our guest's experience more comfortable and memorable we love to accomodate! We understand the planning, spending, and intention that goes into taking a trip or vacation and we are honored that you have chosen us to be apart of that process. The area is peaceful and lush with natural landscaping, beautiful homes, and some neighborhood cows and horses. La Mela Beach and its beachfront cabins are well known amongst locals as a magical place for family vacations or long weekends. There are only a dozen or so properties that enjoy this peaceful and absolutely stunning coastline. We are honored to share our little piece of paradise with our guests.
