Rock and Roll Retreat

Welcome to the Huntington Harbour Rock 'n' Roll retreat! The front courtyard is perfect place to be in the sun on the patio couches or relaxing under the umbrellas while sharing food and drink with those you love, music playing in the background and a breeze stirring the many palm trees with the sound of a fountain creating a soothing mood. Enter the large front door and an open space awaits you. The living area is a great room where the kitchen, dining, and living room all flow together in a space perfect for socializing, cooking, and entertaining. Attached to the living space is a bedroom featuring glass French doors to the courtyard, inviting cool ocean air and a queen size Murphy bed to relax upon. A Jack and Jill bathroom with large shower and skylight connects the two guest rooms, each with a full-size bed. An extra sky lit music-themed half bath is located in the hallway. At the end of the hall lies the master bedroom featuring a California king bed featuring many windows to the tree lined private backyard where a propane barbecue waits to grill your finest foods while the fountain gives the ambience of peace and flowing water. The master bathroom is Greek marble tile with a soaking tub and separate shower. This property is a happy place filled with great times and memories. A short walk will take you to Sandy's mothers Beach perfect for paddle boarding through the Harbour. It is a five minute walk to Trader Joe's, Red Table restaurant Rack House bar, Great Wok Chinese Food, New York Pizza, and many other great places to eat and shop. Five minutes in the car or 30 minutes by foot will take you to the main beach and many other eateries, bars, breweries and shopping experiences. Downtown Huntington Beach with its lively nightlife and great shopping is a quick 10 minute drive or 40 minute bike ride on the coast. If Disney is what you crave, a 25 to 30 minute drive will get you to Disneyland and California adventure.
