Ce charmant condo 1 chambre, a été récemment rénové pour inclure toutes les améliorations haut de gamme que vous attendez d'un complexe 5 étoiles. Ceci est idéal pour un séjour prolongé de 30 nuits ou plus. Nous répondrons à tous vos besoins pour que votre séjour soit agréable et confortable. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre valise!
Nous avons rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ© et l'avons mise aux normes haut de gamme avec de nouveaux revĂȘtements de sol, des comptoirs en granit et des meubles neufs.
Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de la propriété et espérons que vous vous sentirez chez vous :)

Quite, well-stocked place

The place was perfect, in a great location. Marty is an amazing host and very easy to work with. The apartment has everything you need. I stayed for six weeks, and it was perfect for a longer stay.

Cute and quiet condo

The condo was perfect for us temporarily when our house flooded. We stayed just over a month and a half. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The owner was very responsive and handled a minor problem very quickly, which we really appreciated.

This is a beautiful condo that has been totally upgraded.Kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and living room is furnished with very comfortable sofa. Wonderful tiled step in shower was so easy to use.The property has a Swimming pool and very clean laundry facility.Loved that the condo had cable tv. Owner was there to greet us and show us around the property and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. You will enjoy this property. It’s first class.

Such a Happy Place!!

We lived here for the entire summer and made the best memories! Marty was so helpful, warm and welcoming. She has thought of every need- right down to food storage containers, coffee pot, cutting boards, etc. The place has such a happy vibe and the best was very comfortable. The beach is approx. a 2 mile walk and the grocery store a very short walking distance (Starbucks too). The neighborhood is safe, friendly and dog friendly. Parking was simple and the laundry facilities were always open and clean. My only complaint is summer went by too quickly!! :( BUT, I would 100% stay here again and cannot wait to return. Thank you Marty.

Stay safe and comfortable during the pandemic or just between homes.

We moved here to stay local and safe after selling our home and carefully watching the market before a new purchase. The owner is very helpful and responsive to any concerns. . The neighborhood is not a luxury a beach resort, but a comfortable family area neighborhood or a good safe place to work from home. The location is amazing...near parks and local restaurants, supermarkets, and more. And a plus is that it is quiet for such a big city. Just the usual neighborhood sounds.

Perfect Condo

For our seven month stay, we enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this condo. It was perfect as our home away from home (Iowa) while we provided grandparent childcare. Located within a quiet, well-cared for gated community in a great neighborhood, we appreciated ample off-street parking and easy access to Albertsons, Trader Joe’s, working community grills, the pool with a hot tub, and the Huntington Beach Pier. Our neighbors were pleasant, friendly, and quiet. The condo is nicely arranged with comfortable furniture and furnishings including reliable high speed internet, a 48-inch flat screen TV with cable, and a fireplace for ambiance as well as taking care of whatever chill might be in the air. In addition, we took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen cooking the way we like—for ourselves. The owner was always available and very responsive to any questions or requests, although we had very few. It exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay when in the area again.

Cute, Compact 1 Bedroom Condo in Excellent Location.

We spent three months in this condo which is approximately 2-1/2 miles up Main Street from the Pier in Surf City. It is a gated community with ample parking. This is a cute, compact, one bedroom, one bath condo with some upgrades. It is fairly well stocked with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. There is a good sized storage area within the unit. There is a small patio to sit out, with lots of flowering plants and succulents to enjoy. Central BBQ's are available for use, or you can bring your own. Laundry facilities are available within the complex. The neighbors were all pleasant and friendly. There are several shopping centers within walking distance of the condo. There are many walking trails and parks in the area also. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Main Street near the beach is always full of activities. Tuesday nights they close the street to traffic and have vendors, activities for the kids, live music and entertainment ... Free fun for all ages. The owner is a joy to work with, quick to respond to any request, and returned our security deposit within one day! There is always something to do in Huntington Beach, and one should not be disappointed with a stay in this great location.

We can provide beach cruisers to make the most of the Pacific Coast experience, or you can just relax by the pool with your favorite beverage :)
