Cette maison magnifiquement spacieuse est située sur un trÚs grand terrain riverain à la pointe nord d'AMI. La maison est intégrée dans un paysage naturel.
La maison entiÚrement climatisée dispose de deux climatiseurs et de places de parking devant la maison. Il a été entiÚrement rénové en 2015 et dispose de 4 chambres, deux salles de bains, une cuisine ouverte, TV dans le salon et dans les deux grandes chambres principales, WIFI gratuit et est proche des plages de la baie et du golfe.
Dans les mois de saison, nous louons du samedi au samedi.

La maison est entiÚrement équipée, une table à manger de patio pour 8 personnes, transats et chaises de piscine, barbecue, équipement de piscine et de plage, tout est à votre disposition pour rendre les plus beaux jours de l'année aussi agréables que possible.

Great location!

We loved the location and the pool! Saw manatees right off the back deck almost every morning. The kitchen was a little sparse, but everything in the house was clean and we had a great time!

I have been coming to the Island for 45 years with family and friends. It’s beautiful here and the property that I have stayed at is beautiful and was amazed at the renovation after the hurricanes. Looking forward to staying next year.

Perfect week in paradise!

Stayed a whole week at the beautiful house on the canal. Location was great and everything was spacious and clean. Was nice that pool was shaded part of the afternoon. Saw lots of wildlife around the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

All agreed it was one of the best!

We had a great experience/vacation that will go down as one of the best yet! Location was great, convenience to get the beach, stores, restaurants were all in walking distance or short drive. Perfection

The property is very clean and I’m hard to please! Location is perfect, short walk to beach access, the house is all around well kept and the kitchen actually has enough stuff for you to cook and serve your family. This has been the best property we have booked over the last couple years!

Very nice home, neighborhood and close to beach, shopping as well as restaurants!

We enjoyed staying here so much, it met so many expectations and made such a nice vacation! The only setback was the house was not ready for us at check-in and had to wait awhile with groceries in the car. But as far as the stay it was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Paradise

This place was perfect! Our two grandchildren ages three and four, and six adults fit very comfortably. Each had their own bedrooms and were very spacious. The open feel of the living room and kitchen was perfect. Having the pool right outside and also the dock with kayaks was wonderful! They really enjoyed their stay and we will be back for sure

Wonderful Home

We had a great time at your wonderful home we loved the spaciousness of it and my family loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. I have been renting here for over ten years and love the area. We really like the fact that we didn’t have to climb stairs . Will be back next year.

Nice house and nice location

Our group of 5 (2 adults / 3 children) really enjoyed this wonderful home on the canal. It had plenty of space for everyone, and the private backyard with pool was a nice oasis after a day at the beach. It has quick access to the beach path, and the shops on Pine are an easy 5 minute bike ride away. The only thing to be aware of is there was not a working wagon and no beach equipment. We did buy beach chairs and boogie boards to use for the week (we also left them so they may now be availability for future renters). Overall, would definitely recommend this host and house .

House was great however kitchen lacked some in baking dishes for the oven and bathroom towels were very worn. Green Realty did help out with new pans and new towels

A great week!

We enjoyed the location of the house - on the canal and very close to bay and gulf side beaches. Backyard and pool were very nice, pool toys and towels were a nice touch. Beds comfy. Check in required an extra stop at the property management office to pick up the entry code.

A great stay in a great house.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. We had 2 families so the 4 bedroom layout was perfect. The pool is very nice as is the access to the canal. If there were anything we would have changed it would have been more comfortable seating in the main TV area. But to say that bothered us would be a lie! We very much so enjoyed our stay! Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back again next year and staying at this same property!

Wonderful Vacation

Despite a few issues with the previous renters before us we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and owner was wonderful to work with. Loved how close we were to Gulf side, Bay side, Bean Point and shopping on Pine Street was wonderful. Lots of restaurants were close by. We rented gulf Carts for the week and went clear to the South end of the Island and shopped on Bridge Street which was fun. All in all despite little issues we had a fabulous vacation.

Our New Place to Stay!

We cannot say enough about staying at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in; the host was exceptional to work with as well as the property management company, and the layout of the home was exactly what we wanted. One level, very open, not a lot of sit around decor, but nicely decorated (great with the 2 year old), comfortable, amazing outdoor pool and dock...just an overall exceptional experience. The location was quiet, but close to everything. Thanks for an amazing visit to Anna Maria. We will be staying here again for sure!!!

Location! Location! Location

We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for many years, and this property is now a favorite. Located on the north end of the island, it sits right on the channel with dock access—ideal for relaxing by the water or launching a kayak. It is a nice walk in the evening to the City Pier and Two Scoops for ice cream.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything on one floor—which we really appreciated. The pool area was a highlight: a great place to cool off during the day or enjoy dinner in the evening under the canopy-covered patio. The beach is just an easy walk away, making it perfect for being able to come back to the house if you forgot something. This home truly captures what we love about Anna Maria: peaceful, beautiful, and easy to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.
