Luxury apartment with sea view of the Venetian fort "Koules" and the old port. Modern and elegant spacious and shiny two bedroom apartment in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all major attractions, historical sites, restaurants, shopping and night life that the city has to offer.
Its unique location, smart design with the highest standards provide a comfortable home and a great experience for all guests.
The space
The apartment is designed exclusively for hosting guests with the highest standards of comfort and elegance.
All rooms and common areas are air conditioned and apartment provides many amenities that include, dish washer, hair dryer, USB plugs for charging phones, tablets etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware a large fridge, a refrigerator, oven, cooking hob, dish washer and a coffee machine.
Discover the best the city has to offer from a truly central location. Enjoy convenient access to all major tourist sites and activities the city has to offer.

For guests the book with me I have several suggestions regarding restaurants and drinking with a special discount set for them.
Since I live in this city my whole life and I want to consider myself as a social person I can assure you that I can provide with all the tips or information you might need during your stay. I can provide information on the best restaurants and taverns, the best beaches around Crete, the best bars or clubs in the city or even give guides for renting cars or bikes. Should you encounter any problem during your stay have in mind that I can be there for you to try my best to solve it.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a good location facing the Venetian Castillo (great place to walk) and surrounded by good restaurants. Had a major issue finding the location, as the address given is for a pedestrian street and a multi business building. Archipelagos not anywhere on the building. Would recommend adding the name of the business the apartment is above, and give precise info on how to locate. The only other issue is that we never figured out how to get hot water, but I’m sure that’s on us! Alex, the host, was incredibly patient and very helpful one we connected. I would recommend this apt.

We were very happy with the location and the apartment itself. Lovely view of the harbor and fort. Easy walks to good restaurants and shopping. Taxis right outside the door. We'd love to visit again.

Great Location!

Super location and view. We stayed in a couple of afternoons and just watched the sea. Kitchen had what we needed. Functional layout. We did not use the kitchen to cook as eating out was so great! The host recommendations are good. Mostly quiet. The shops below us did have folks that smoked, but that is Greece. Seems like everyone smokes. We rented a car to go to Chania for a night. The car rental was just below the flat. Super easy and nice folks. Overall, a good choice for a couple and children. Too small for six adults unless you are close—LOL. Bathroom is very small.

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking the Venetian Port

We had a fabulous stay in the apartment. It has a beautiful view of the port and is located close to many wonderful restaurants and shops in Heraklion.

Crete 2024

Property was well situated, clean and roomy. Owner answered our questions and helped find us to bring in luggage as it was hard to find parking in front to unload suitcases. Parking was 3 Euro paid at a lot which was a 10 minute walk which we knew before renting and also lacking in-suite laundry are the only downsides.

Amazing location

Picked this apartment for location and based on reviews. Glad I did. Location was perfect, beautiful views and close to restaurants, shopping, museums and transportation. Apartment is exactly as shown, clean and comfortable. Communication was quick and attentive. Would recommend to stay here when in Heraklion

Perfect Location & Immaculately Clean!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the port and at the very start of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. It was incredibly convenient to be so close to both the water and the heart of the city, allowing us to enjoy both the local attractions and some beautiful seaside walks. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Access was straightforward, and the check-in process was a breeze. We truly appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was, making our stay relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and clean home base for their trip!

View to die for

Glorious property. The kind of place you want to leisurely respond to e-mails. Very organized and easy to keep cool. Discovery walks are enchanting. Make sure you know where the parking area is. It’s before the roundabout on the right and a ticket may be given to you if you park anywhere else.

Wonderful Stay

The suite was spacious, clean and nice modern finishes. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the nice view and the host was very communicative! The location is ideal being close to the museum and the plentiful restaurant options. Would highly recommend staying here!

Location, location, location!

The apartment is in an ideal location for wonderful views of the harbor, wonderful restaurants, and also convenient for tourist needs, e.g., supermarkets, laundry facilities (by the way, the apartment does not have a dryer), and tour meeting areas.

Beautiful apartment in best part of town

This place did not disappoint. The apartment had a phenomenal view and you couldn't be in a better part of the town. The owners were responsive and helpful. Easy to get to from the ferry or the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location and View

We had a great stay in this pretty apartment In Heraklion. The location is fantastic near everything you need and want to see, and comes with a beautiful water view. All of our communication with Alex and his team was perfect. He even asked someone to come down and help us with our bags when we arrived! We would rent this place again with no reservations.

Sublimes vacances

Appartement correspondant aux photos et descriptif, très bien situé pour visiter Heraklion et ses environs. Vous descendez et vous êtes dans l artère principale de la ville. Alexandre et George sont des hôtes charmant et attentionné, très réactifs a vos demandes. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Wonderful place in Hereklion Crete

This place is amazing. First of all Alex and George made the check in process very easy. Our cab driver did not believe that we were staying in that area. He insisted that we were wrong. George met us there and explained everything that we needed for the apartment. The location could not have been better. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Wry clean and safe. The views are amazing to say the least. It’s far better than staying in a hotel. The center of town is right behind the apartment with fantastic restaurants and historic buildings. There is also restaurants that are on the shore line with great views of the water and sunsets. Thank you Alex and George for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place

Best view in all of Heraklion

What a great place for a Heraklion vacation. The view of the harbor and fort were stunning, just like the pictures. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the edge of the city center with more tavernas, shops, and restaurants than you can count. Right below in the same building was a car rental place. Alex and George were great hosts and very attentive to their guest's needs. Highly recommend!

Nice visit

Great spot in Crete for our short visit. Beautiful apartment across from the sea. Comfy beds. Coffee already in unit! Easy check in and out. Location next to city center for restaurants and shopping. Taxi stand across the street for excursions. I would recommend this for a stay in Crete.

Amazing and Perfect

This place is the best! The apartment is even better than described. The location of the building is convenient to everything. Spotlessly clean, the inside of the apartment is welcoming and comfortable. The views are simply breathtaking. Alex, the property manager, was very helpful, attentive, and prompt. We had one tiny issue with streaming internet. When we reached out for help, he had someone there to fix it within minutes and even followed up the next day to make sure all was well. He could not have done more! If I could leave this location 10 stars, I would.
