Pacific Shores B205! This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo offers the perfect location overlooking the pool with peaks of the ocean. There is beach access across the street and several restaurant options within minutes.

You will be welcomed by the feel of the islands as you enter Pacific Shores B205! This nicely updated condo offers plenty of room for families or couples traveling together. The kitchen is well equipped with everything the home chef will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. The dining area offers seating for four.

The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Sip your morning coffee on your private lanai with peaks of the ocean and overlooking the pool. The living area provides a great space to kick up your feet after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a convertible sofa for additional sleeping, TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool.

The guest bedroom is conveniently located just off the living area and boasts a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and split AC. Guest bath has a tub/shower combo and is tastefully decorated to bring the feel of the beach in.

Drift off to sleep for a peaceful night's rest in the Primary Suite. Complete with a queen bed, ceiling fan, split AC, and ensuite bath, featuring a tub/shower combo.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. Just a quick stroll to nearby shopping, popular restaurants, and world-famous beaches. Take advantage of world-class snorkeling, learn to surf, or enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses the island has to offer. Directly across the street from Charley Young Beach. Pacific Shores offers a large heated pool, spa, and gas grills for your enjoyment.

We had a great time. It was nice to have two bathrooms. The decorations were very fun and festive. We liked having the big refrigerator. It was very impressive to walk in and Find how nice everything was. We would definitely stay again. The adult kids that I had with me were very excited when they saw the candy in the bowl on the side table. It was great to have so many towels also. We used the washing machine two or three or four times. The only thing that would be nicer was to have a rug coming into the front door. The broom was kind of bad too. We were going to buy another broom and leave it there, but we didn’t get to the store. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay. We were out a lot, but it was nice to come home too. Thank you.

Great location in Kīhei. Very well stocked with plenty of beach equipment. Kitchen also came with lots of cooking and storage supplies. Beds were comfy. Lots of bathroom towels and great beach towels. Nice to stay in such a well-stocked place! Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The best place for a trip with my parents. The perfect location in Kihei. I have been to Maui many times, and I prefer this location. Easy walk to the beach, to ABC, food trucks and supermarkets. Very quiet condo, with AC in all rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, which was important as I needed to work a few days. Will stay here again!

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, market and shopping center. Also, condo comes with all the difference beach accessories you need!! The only feedback i would give is that property management needs to work on cleanliness, bathrooms and common areas were a little dirty but great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was great the rooms were very clean, great customer service. However we booked our trip in July 2023. We go an email Sept 19th the day before we were to fly out that the pool was under construction. When we arrived at the condo and asked the construction workers they had been there since June working on the pool. So they knew back in July that the pool wasn't available. Neither were the bbq's as they were in the same gated area. Had we know we wouldn't have booked this place. It wasn't a simple walk to the beach for 70 year olds either. We did get a offered a 10% discount. Then promised a 20% discount but was only given a 15% discount.

Family Vacation Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect — so close to the beach. Condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen supplies, beds comfortable. Two issues: the fire alarm went off every time we used the oven or toaster. The pool attendant wouldn’t let the kids play in the pool — very strict about everything. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this rental.

Great Location and Well Equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 2 weeks in June/July. The unit is located on the second floor of an apartment complex located near Charlie Young Beach (5 minute walk). The 2 Bedroom comfortably fits 4-5 people. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the bedding was to our satisfaction. We were surprised to find the sofabed had a comfortable memory foam mattress. There is a partial water view overlooking the pool from the balcony.The reserved parking spot is located close to the unit . Three A/C units worked well and were quiet.The negatives were that the master bathroom wasn't completely clean with a scum ring around the faucet. The beach gear is lacking an umbrella which we had to rent. There is only one small pool on the property and the BBQs are located in the pool area so no glass is allowed. There is major construction happening next door which starts in the morning and can be quite loud.Despite these issues I would consider staying here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. Very well situated to travel in other parts of the island. Close to shops,grocery stores even if you walk. Close to a nice beach Kamaole 1. Check in process was easy. Beach chairs available. Small balcony, pool was ok. The kitchen is really not well equipped, no where to store the grocery, not enough pots and pan, few utensils but 20 knifes. Fire alarm starts every time you use the toaster. Armchair couldn’t recline and the electric cord was used and heated. Recycling bin outside was always overflowing. Would need some upgrade of the furniture

Kitchen well stock w/utensils, plates, cups, etc. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Fit our family of 5 comfortably. My son used sofa bed in living room & had no complaints! Nice bonus of beach chairs, camping chairs, & cooler bags for guests to use. Tons of towels! Not like hotels where you have to constantly ask for fresh stack.Our family had a great stay here. It's on the 2nd floor but very close to the stairs. Literally around the corner as soon as you reach 2nd floor. Outside of condo very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Guests were very respectful of ground rules (pool closing time, noise level, etc).I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend this place if you're in town.

Beautiful

The location was perfect for us. It was surprisingly quite which was wonderful. The condo itself was very nice and well put together. I would say I did not have one good night sleep however because the beds are extremely firm and the pillows were terrible. The cleaning could have been a little better, I ran the broom through when we got there and found food and candy under the living room area furniture. The pool code that was left on the laminate instructions was also wrong and I locked the gates accidentally by trying it too many times. When I called the company the man was not helpful and called back with the wrong code and texted me the wrong code. Thankfully one of the grounds crew saw me and my frustration and helped me. Speaking of the grounds crew, there was a man that came daily in a yellow van who seemed to be doing a lot more talking than working. On several occasions I could hear him talking about politics giving his point of view and honestly not in a very professional manner. The pool area where families with young children are was not appropriate at all. Overall it was good, it a beautiful town and we were able to enjoy it all.

The little things

Very nice property in a good location. No complaints and nice little touches such as a welcome basket, snorkel gear and beach chairs, storage Tupperware ziplock bags, little things you don’t want to buy on vacation but come in handy so quite nice for a family of four.
