Enjoy this gulf front 3BR/2BA condo conveniently on the 5th floor, just a few doors down from the elevator. Watch the soothing ocean waves on the spacious balcony or from the reclining couches in your living area. Beach chair rental for 2 is included for stays between March 1 and October 31st. Details will be included in your welcome email.
Seawind is located directly on the beach, and is one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores. You will be within walking distance to all of Gulf Shores' main attractions, including Sea & Suds (practically in your back yard), Pink Pony, The Hangout, the Gulf State Fishing Pier, along with hot dogs, ice cream, and numerous surf shops. If you are wanting adventure, the jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rentals is next door. You never have to get in your car!
Our elevators have been modernized !!
Enjoy hanging out on the property with your choice of amenities including the indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the cooler months), a wading pool with sprinklers for the kids' enjoyment, a sauna, gym, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. Also, Seawind provides onsite management and security that patrols the building for added security.
If you want to leave the beach, miniature golf, dolphin cruises, bowling, ferry trips, golf, and fishing are just some of the fun to be had during you vacation. With arcades, a zoo, a water park, amusement parks and more you’ll find enjoyable activities for the entire family.

This was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking was good and the beach chair setup was very nice to have. It was in a great location as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, well stocked, and delightful. Dana is a wonderful host and responded to the questions we had quickly. On top of the quality of the condo the beach was pristine and the chair service crew was super. My grandson also loved the kiddie pool and the water features. He thought seeing Nana under the waterfall was hilarious and would not leave the fountains. We loved our stay.

We had a GREAT time at the beach. The condo was absolutely PERFECT! The view was AMAZING, the location is PERFECT! Close to everything there is to do and see. It was my and my husband's first time on vacation together without kids and elderly parents in over 20 years and we made some great memories here. From booking to getting the information for the stay was seamless, Everything is as described, from parking to the chairs and umbrella that is included with the stay... everything is just as Dana says. We will definitely be back and stay at Dana's place! Thank you for providing a place for our first, long awaited, vacation together! PRICELESS!

Everything was clean , kitchen well stocked to cook if needed. Hostess answered any questions I had promptly. Only real down side was the pools at the complex was cold, especially the kiddie pool.I would recommend staying in this unit .
