5 Star Beach Penthouse - Best value Top Floor!!

If you want privacy, the perfect beach vacation awaits you at this condo! Truly the ultimate choice in beach accommodations, as it is the ONLY penthouse condo that occupies the entire top floor (6th) of Seawind`s exclusive Private Residences building. A private elevator services each floor of the building; no delays in getting to and from the beach. And, the private, oversized balcony gives you a steps away, close-up, view of the gulf!!

This beautifully decorated three bedroom/three bath unit has a total of 1600 sq. ft with ceramic tile throughout! The master features a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 8 total. At the end of the day, enjoy TV/DVD on the large flat panel TV in the living room or any of the bedrooms, or watch the moonlight from your private balcony (accessible through 3 sets of sliding doors off the living room, dining room and master bedroom).

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you will need, and a full-sized laundry. We know you want to get away from it all, but it`s also nice to be able to stay in touch, so this condo includes HIGH SPEED WI-FI Internet.

Games for the family`s enjoyment! Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, children`s pool, our state-of-the-art fitness center, and of course, every bit of TOES-IN-THE-SAND fabulousness!! Volleyball is available along with access to parasailing and jet ski rentals on site.

We are easy to find: From I-10 going south on Hwy 59, at the beach go east 1/4 mile, on your right is Seawind! It is close to major restaurants, shopping and golf courses.

The Sea-N-Suds Restaurant offers gulf-side dining just steps away from Seawind Condominiums! Centrally located, we are just minutes away from shopping, dining, amusement/water parks for the kids.

Loved this condo layout - much more space for eating and playing games because it has a full dining table with dining area. Kids loved both pools. Condo had some maintenance issues that needed addressing, but overall was a great stay.

It was very clean and well kept. Communication was great the entire time. Pool and splash pad were well maintained. Elevator had no issues and never had to wait for it.

We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. It was nice to be on the beach and be able to walk to dinner and shopping. This is a great setup for family or friends. It has a nice big porch overlooking the ocean.
