This charming three bedroom, one bath home features spacious living room and a dining room. Very comfortable couch to enjoy your favorite movies on. Full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and drip coffee to accommodate your mornings. Gleaming hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses. Third bedroom has full memory foam mattress. Very clean and very convenient. Close by the river, huge park, bars, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. Gonzaga less then a mile away. Starbucks is walking distance. This home has a great floor plan. You walk into the living-room and a connecting dining room. The bedrooms are spread out. Bathroom features a bath and shower combo. Kitchen has a glass sliding door to the private little side yard. The downstairs is not included in the rental. Its not fully finished. Whenever the host is in town she stays downstairs (you never hear or see her). This is a nice cozy, minutes to downtown and freeway home. Very clean and ready for your stay. Events and parties are NOT allowed at this home. Lots of elderly neighbors around.

Perfect little place to stay for a week for work. Window AC unit kept the place cool enough. Propriety manager was responsive and let me use the washing machine which was super helpful!

Cute House

We were only there for one night but this was perfect for my mom, my sister, and myself for a quick getaway. We came up to see Hamilton and go to the garden show. The house was close to both. It was clean, easy to get to, and quick to check-in and out of. We'd totally stay again next time we're having a quick girls getaway.

Weekend Stay for Wedding

The location was perfect for our needs, and the neighborhood was quiet. Checking in and out was easy. The house is as pictured. If you have more than two in your party, I suggest bringing your own bath towel as only two are provided. You will also need to bring your own bath/body soap. It was clean except for the floors. They appeared to be clean and very shiny. We removed our shoes upon entry each and had to wash our feet before bed as our feet were black and dirty. We had a pleasant stay and were comfortable.

First impression is broken key box, 2nd is the smell when you open the door. First time I've spent several hundred dollars and woke up with a sore back. This house is 50s, with an attempt to add lipstick. Sinks had rust, molding was scratched, the ceilings were 7 foot. I had a feeling when the greeting letter was full of things not to do, all in capital letters. We didn't even shower, just got up and ran for home!

Not as advertised

This stay was a lesson to be learned. I had been so lucky in the previous rentals from Tourist towns of McCall, Idaho, Bellingham, WA & Joseph, OR and many in-between.Location okay. Cleanliness - horrible. We had to buy linens, we couldn't use a bedroom because of a foul odor. Floors dirty, bedding dirty to the point I had to sleep on the top of the blankets bc my feet itched. When inspecting; dirt, dander & hair. I wasn't going to write a review but I can't consciously let others think this place is okay. I received instructions of the key under the mat?! It was actually in the mailbox with a bunch of mail.Also, don't be loud after 10pm. Very explicit about their concerns but I was appalled at what I paid for this stay with my family. I was embarrassed to say the least.

Uncomfortable when it's hot

If a listing says it has a/c, I expect it to work in all the rooms. Even though this place is small, a single window a/c in the front room is not enough for the bedrooms to stay cool. On our weekend, it was over 90 degrees during the day, and the only way for us to be sort of cool in the bedrooms was to have the doors open (so much for privacy) and set up the room fans to try to direct the cool air into the bedrooms. When sitting in the living room, it's as if you are in a wind tunnel from the window a/c. If we hadn't been so uncomfortable, we could have overlooked some of the other items, such as the lack of kitchen towels, foil, or cling wrap in the kitchen, ants and mouse droppings (which were handled by the property management during our stay), and a lack of blackout blinds in the primary bedroom. The location was excellent and quiet. Beware of the required $89 insurance fee (or $3000 deposit), which makes this ok place, not such a good value.
