In regards to to the BBQ's, we do have community BBQ listed under the amenities! Additionally, we let guests know in the guest portal that pool towels are not provided and that guests need to bring these along with them if they plan to utilize these amenities. We try our very best to provide our guests with all the details pertaining to the unit upfront but understand that through the excitement, things can be overlooked! Hello Stephen, In reviewing your reservation, we do not have any notes regarding trouble finding the unit; but we are happy to hear you were able to get the necessary assistance! When a reservation is booked, we send a booking confirmation email with PDF attached check-in instructions. These instructions have written directions to the unit as well as a detailed parking map to aide you. Missing parking passes can be an issue, as complexes provide them and guests tend to depart with them still in their vehicles.
