This unit is as pictured. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The bedroom was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. We were there during two snow storms and the sidewalks and parking lot were maintained. We never had an issue finding a parking space near our unit. The jacuzzi was also super hot. The pellet stove was also easy to use and provided great heat. The sofa bed mattress was old, thin, uneven, and very uncomfortable. The host did provide a foam topper, which helped with the springs, but not the uneven surface. Our teen just slept on the couch. Other than that, this was a great unit, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and I would stay here again.

Good visit

Good job keeping the sidewalks clear, appreciated access to jacuzzi and laundry. Close to Eagle lodge.

Price Gauged

This is a very mediocre property that charges a very high price. I understand that it’s a holiday weekend but this is egregious. A few ratty towels, extremely cheap and odd looking soap dispensers with low quality products, and a broken shower head that spurts water everywhere are some of the things that stand out about this place.

We like staying on or near Meridian Blvd. This condo is right across of multiple restaurants, Vons and on the Green line. Would stay here again

Nice place for the weekend

Advertised it had a king bed. We chose this one because of the king and it was a queen. It also didn't mention that due to all the snow this unit was literally a cave without sunlight in it. I realize they can't control the snow, but perhaps should have mention it. We would not have rented if we knew to the above facts. We were stuck in a cave with a smaller than advervisted bed.

Nice Amenities and Quiet

We were very happy with the amenities provided. We like to sleep with a fan running for white noise and found a box fan in the closet which worked perfectly. There were also some soft blankets that we used. We also appreciated the extra sink in the bedroom and the extra wide trashcans in the restroom and by the sink in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with how quiet it was our entire stay. The only issue was that my husband felt the toilet was too small. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Summit Village, Mammoth Condo Review

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo had all the amenities of home and was comfortable. It was just a short drive from the village and Mammoth Mountain. When we were in the condo, the TV set up is easy to operate and offers a wide variety of entertainment. I would not hesitate to rent the same location again on our next trip to Mammoth.

Nice stay

This rental is a nice spot to stay. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is one for the price it was a lot and two it was outdated. But regardless of those factors I’d recommend staying here.
