The Space:

Settle into a comfortable condo designed for easy mountain living. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath, while a cozy bunk nook off the living area gives the kids (or extra guests) their own spot to recharge. A second full bathroom adds convenience for groups.



After a day on the trails or the slopes, unwind with Wi-Fi back at home or head out to enjoy the community amenities. The complex offers a wellness sauna and spa to soothe tired muscles, plus a tennis court, BBQ and picnic area, and even a horseshoe pit for some friendly competition. Coin-operated laundry in the complex helps you keep gear fresh during longer stays. Parking is straightforward with two lot spaces and passes provided upon arrival.

Important Things to Note

• Pets: Pets are not allowed at this home.

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be in the unit upon arrival.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available in the complex.

• Community amenities: Guests have access to the complex wellness sauna and spa, tennis court, BBQ/picnic area, and horseshoe pit.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the home.

• Exterior camera: One Ring camera is located at the front door and monitors the exterior entry and adjacent common hallway.

• Wi-Fi/cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: About a 5-minute drive to Mammoth Creek Park and a short drive to Mammoth Lakes Basin for trails, lakes, and scenic alpine views.
