Situated between Old River & the Gulf of Mexico, this unit features tons of amenities & is next to one of the best golf courses on the Gulf Coast!

The Arnold Palmer designed championship golf course is challenging enough for the seasoned golfer, yet friendly for beginners & intermediate players. This unit provides UNLIMITED GOLF for 2 adults with the transfer of a family golf membership at Lost Key Golf Club. For a transfer fee of approximately $35.00, you will be treated as a full member of the golf club with access to all practice facilities, unlimited range balls, & unlimited rounds of golf. Cart fees of approximately $20.00 per round are still required, as the course does not allow walking. All fees are paid directly to the Lost Key Golf Club upon use. The Lost Key Golf Club is just a short walk across the street where there is also a restaurant. Best of all the beach is minutes away so you get the best of both worlds!

During your stay you will have access to the Beach Club, giving you access to one of the best beaches anywhere! This approximately open-air beach amenity is available exclusively for Lost Key Residents & Renters. The Club offers seasonal beach service, a swimming pool w/ beachfront access, & locker rooms w/ shower facilities. Complimentary shuttles are provided on a seasonal schedule. You will be staying in the Santo Amaro building & will have access to the Santo Amaro pool as well as the Beach Club pool. There are also gas grills available in the pool area, as well as a fitness center.

For the tennis or pickle ball players there are adult & children's tennis rackets & 1 pickle ball set (4 rackets with balls). There are 4 beach chairs & a small cooler provided when you are ready to go to the beach.

This 3rd floor unit is beautifully decorated. There are great views, comfortable furnishings, & updated appliances. The living area features a leather sectional sofa with ottoman & an oversized recliner, a 65-inch smart TV with Bluetooth enabled soundbar & balcony access! The large screened balcony overlooks the golf course & also provides views of the surrounding area. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The open concept floor plan allows for easy entertaining. The dining room & breakfast bar seats 10 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, tons of counter & storage space & modern appliances. There is a Keurig Duo coffee machine, so you can make single k-cup or a whole pot of your favorite ground coffee! A full-size washer & dryer available in the unit.

The master suite will allow you to relax after a round of golf or day at the beach. There is a king bed, smart TV, balcony access & an en-suite bathroom. You can refresh & enjoy the large walk-in shower after a fun day of play. Double vanities & a toilet closet complete the en-suite. The second bedroom features a queen bed, quality mattress, soft bedding & smart TV. The den features a twin bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle & a smart TV. There is a second full bath with tub/shower combo & single vanity.
