Come Enjoy Our Newly Renovated Beautiful Beach Escape! You'll love it!

Freshly renovated in May 2024! This ground floor unit at Molokai Villas is a rare gem on the Perdido coast! Two bedroom, two bath villa with exclusive beachfront access. We have a pool, newly rebuilt patio, new patio furniture, and beautiful beach decor throughout! Our unit easily accommodates six with Queen sized bunk beds, a king size bed in the master, and a sleep fold-out sofa if needed as well. This property is a real gem tucked away on the Emerald Coast on Perdido Key!

Our property spans Perdido Key from the beach to Ole River, including private beach access and a private pool. The beach is a short walk across the street, and the pool is even closer. The property is quiet, uncrowded, and generates a very family atmosphere. You can virtually park right next to your door, there are just a couple of steps, and no elevator waits!
Our unit has a beautiful, and a fully supplied kitchen, as well as a smart TV, and Wi-Fi of course (for the occasional Florida rainy afternoon!)
The unit also has a washer and dryer.

The entire unit has beautiful oversized shutters for privacy, as well as letting in the Florida sunshine! We fell in love with the place instantly, as we are sure you will too. The pier is rebuilt, and BRAND NEW and looks amazing, it was destroyed during hurricane sally, but is totally rebuilt and up and running, ready for fishing, sunsets, and crab traps!

The property also has first come first serve boat trailer parking near the road. No smoking, no pets.

Great stay

only one toilet paper roll a bathroom, wobbly bunk bed, only one paper towel roll on the holder. But other than that it was great!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is great with the beach just a short walk across the road. The condo is very clean and has great coastal decor. Mike is an awesome host.

Molokai 3B

We had a great stay. Mike let us use the crab pots for the river so we caught a few of our dinners! Mike communicated well and was easy to reach when we needed something. We liked having the pool nearby - and had to just cross the road for the ocean. It was not crowded at all and the water was perfect - minus the jellyfish. There's a chest freezer in the unit which is also super useful. We enjoyed having backpack beach chaird to use as well. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quality Time with Parents

Great place to spend quality time with my parents for a few days! Mike was an excellent host and the property clean, quite, very comfortable for the three of us and convenient to beach access, restaurants, etc. LOVED IT!

Great stay!

Property was just listed and perfect for our family of 4. Very short walk to the beach and the pool and river were even closer! The place is fully stocked and Mike was very quick to respond to every question. Hope to be back in the future.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is within walking distance of the beach, has an on-site swimming pool, and was an adorably decorated and comfortable place to stay with fully stocked kitchen and no need to buy any dishes or utensils. Our family loved our trip and we are sad it’s over but cannot wait to come back. :)

Summer Fun

We loved the location. Beach was right across the road and the pool was a very short walk. We did some fishing on the newer dock which was another short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

Excellent 16th Birthday 🎂 Celebration for my daughter and our family!

The property was everything and more for our 14 day vacation. The property was wonderfully stocked with everything that we needed, close proximity to the pool that wasn’t crowded at all (can see the pool area from back porch) with a beautiful dock if you have a boat and great for morning sunrises and nighttime sunsets, just a short walk to the beach with private beach access that was never crowded. During our 14 day stay each and everyone that we came in contact with was extremely friendly and talkative. The home owner in fabulous with all communications and available for any questions that you might have during your time there. I highly recommend this home and we will be back next summer for another vacation at this home.

Fun family girls trip
 SUCCESS!

Our trip to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area was a bonding family girls trip for myself, my mother and my three daughters (ages 16, 20 and 24). The home was SO perfect for us, comfortable and set up with everything we could have possibly needed. The weather wasn’t great for a few days, but there were lots of blankets, access to streaming services, a perfect table to play cards and games at and lots of room to move around and be silly! Beach access and dock access are close and private. The home is close to lots of activities but out of the bustle and noise of some of the areas. We did have one small issue but communication was immediate and amazing and the issue was attended to quickly. We had a great trip and would absolutely come back! Book your stay here

I am a full-time firefighter in the state of MO and fell in love with the Gulf as did my parents after they retired. We all three own the property together and love sharing it with friends and family, as well as travelers on vacation!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Why Molokai? Molokai Villas is a low density, family atmosphere place! There are only 21 owners, and we basically all know each other and strive hard to keep our property as nice as possible .(hurricanes, weather etc. sometimes make it tough)
We aren't a high-rise condo, we don't have elevators, long lines, or a terribly crowded beach. Molokai is a quiet, laid-back place, a little "out of the way" of the high traffic and intense rental area of gulf shores and orange beach... Yet, it's all right down the road :-)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property has the best of all worlds, low density, pool, pier, beachfront, it truly has it all. We are all fortunate to belong to Molokai Villas and have worked so hard to make it what it is today... An AMAZING place to vacation. The HOA is a great teamwork of owners that strive to keep our property beautiful, safe, and fun! Everything gulf shores and orange beach has to offer is right down the street.... But the best part sometimes is just that.. It's down the street! The Famous Flora-Bama is just about a mile away ;-)
