Large living room with 75" tv and gas fireplace. light and bright kitchen that opens into spacious dining room. SS appliances. Three fully furnished bedrooms downstairs with full shared bath. Attic conversion master suite upstairs with balcony. Landscaped backyard with covered deck.Old world charm with modern amenities.

Great fun and funky little house close to old downtown Farmington

We had so much fun at this cool Farmington house. Great for families. The backyard was wonderful and was good for our family dinner. Nice touches throughout the house and enjoyed the upstairs room/space. We will stay here again next time in Farmington. We walked everyday to the downtown area for shopping and meals, awesome location. The hosts were great!

Comfortable Home

This is an older home but it is well situated and comfortable. The neighborhood is fine. The house is somewhat tired around some of the edges, but clearly well maintained. We had what we needed. We would stay here again.

Very cute roomy home!

The house was built in the first half of the last century and has all the old time stuff to prove it. Upgraded with new appliances, it has all the comforts of today however. We were visiting for work, and had meetings at the Civic Center, across the street, so this location could not have been any better for us - good restaurants and work all within only a couple minutes walk. The only issue we had was slight, but 2 hours post check in time we still hasn't received information about how to access the house and we never received any check out information. That being said, I'd love to stay here again the next time I'm in Farmington.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host hospitality. Lots of room at this property both inside and outside. Convenient location in town, with good amenities. I highly recommend this property.

Here are a few suggestions: Place hangers in the closets / Place a mirror in each bedroom so others can get ready outside of the bathroom.

Cozy and comfortable

This property was great we had a few people all coming in to town from different places and this worked out well for us. Very clean comfy and had space. The back yard was a great get away the lighting and patio made for a great place to gather and enjoy our time together. Our host was awsome and was immediately responsive to any questions we had...highly recommend this location for a comfortable get away.
