Enjoy a broad view of the Gulf of Mexico and the shared pool from your private furnished balcony. Guests of this lovely condo can enjoy relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere throughout, with central air conditioning and tile flooring throughout, ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable. Within the sunny walls is a full kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three guests. The main bedroom features a lovely en suite bathroom with two vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub for guests to enjoy. Younger guests can relax in a built-in bunk bed. But no matter where you decide to sleep, all guests can enjoy access to two shared freshwater pools and a shared fitness room during their stay.

Nice condo

The condo was quite nice, but I noticed that the kitchenware could use some improvement. There were limited bowls, wine glasses, and bakeware available. Additionally, the living room seating was a bit limited for families or groups larger than four. With a few enhancements, the space could be even more enjoyable.

Great trip

Everything was just like the description. We have been to the Waters Edge several times and love it. one thing that surprised us was there no oven pans. Not even a cookie sheet to toast bread.

Great for a quick trip

Great for the price! Would recommend for a weekend getaway. We met the owners of the unit, they seemed very respectful and generous. Overall the place was clean and tidy, I personally would recommend Vacasa’s housekeeping do deep cleanings (if needed) after each stay. The best part was the view and the convenience! The gym is right outside the door of this unit also. As far as previous reviews with bugs, we did not see any live bugs, I even checked for bed bugs and there were no sign of anything. :) Vacasa did well as far as communication and being available for help if needed!

Very nice!

Everything was perfect. They had everything you needed for our stay. Pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toiletries, boogie boards for the ocean. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for each day of your stay. Smart Tv's in each of the bedrooms. Big Smart TV in the living room. One pool heated, one not but was fine. Awesome view. Accommodated my wife and I, 16 year old son, 12 year old son and 11 year old daughter with plenty of room. Great time and will definitely do it again.

Roaches

Great property, great view. The kitchen was infested with roaches. We encountered at least a dozen roaches in the cabinets and drawers and counter tops. The washing machine also appeared to have been broken for awhile. We contacted a Vacasa representative, and they sent a guy, who was very nice and apologetic, to give us a can of bug spray

Felt like the housekeeper

Upon arrival, we unloaded and we took the kids down to the beach and pool to play and stretch their kegs from the ride. Nice pool, nice beach, everything was going good. When we got back to the room to clean up to go out and find something to eat, we couldn’t find any towels. After looking everywhere we could think, we found a bin of towels from the previous guests in one of the closets. We called the host/desk to see about getting more towels. (That was 4 days ago, still haven’t seen those towels. ) We finally just washed all of the towels from the previous guests to be able to have some to use. Needless to say, the first night was a bust. After getting settled into rooms, we discovered two rooms TVs didn’t work. Someone was sent up to look. Apparently, construction on the bridge caused one rooms coaxial cable to not work
 all in all, we felt dissatisfied and overlooked. I shouldn’t have to clean someone else’s soiled linens when I’m paying to stay

If I could have given ZERO stars!

Almost immediately upon check in we noticed the unit was not cleaned very well - dust around the tub, countertops not wiped down, dirty sheets AND ROACHES!! We reported immediately to VACASA (they are on-site) at the beginning of our week stay while we received new sheets, the roach issue was never resolved. We consistently got the run around from VACASA who took no responsibility saying it was the HOA and recommend we purchase roach spray. I have NEVER heard of such thing - no offering for another unit. NOTHING! Day two when we went wash towels, the washing machine was so loud during the rinse cycle we immediately turned off and contacted VACASA. The next day someone looked at it and said it would require another technician. This lead to the second person coming and told us it drained and was okay to utilize! We have been staying on the Island for over 40 years and have never had this experience staying at a condo. So now we have roaches and unable to wash during our week stay. Beyond frustrating with no resolution still when we checked out 7 days later. I do not recommend VACASA or this unit!
