Home away from home - volleyball trip

We loved the location of the home because it was within 15 minutes of everything important to us for this trip. We traveled for a volleyball tournament and this property was everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was friendly, clean and very safe. Lots of walking trails that we made use of and it’s quiet community made for a great evening out in the backyard. We will definitely be back again and this property was all that we needed and then some. Mahalo

Lovely Home not far from Veterans Hwy

This home was very accommodating for the 11 softball players that stayed. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking path was wonderful to have, right next to the home. The only thing that I would have liked, was wash clothes in every bathroom. Softball dirt around the ankles, is hard to wash off without one. Would stay again with this group of people. You won’t be disappointed in this home.

Nice spacious house

House is very spacious, enough room for our party if 14. Host was quick at responding to address any issues or any questions we had. A bit of a hiccup with check in as the keyless pad was acting up. Christina was very quick to assist and provide an alternative to keyless entry. House was nice and warm when we got in so it was a cozy settling in from the cold. There were a few lights around the house that were inoperable and needed replacement bulbs (front door, master bathroom, etc) but we made it work. Overall, it was a nice stay!

For having such a large group, this home was perfect. Everyone had a place to sleep, space was great for sitting and eating. The owner was always at our finger tips if any questions arise and she responded right away with no hesitations or making us wait. The home was located in the perfect spot for all our sight seeing, swimming and gambling.

It's a new community with nice views and trails to walk/run on. Easy access to Mt. Rose and Reno downtown. House is well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beds in 5 bedrooms. Efficient communication with host. Highly recommended.

my family & i had a great experience! it was slightly dirty upon arrival in the common area but was easily fixed. location was close to many convenient stores and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. very spacious and had many amenities for our big family! host was very responsive as well!

This will be our retirement home in 10 years because we love the outdoor activities, nearby attractions and year-long events and our son’s volleyball tournaments! We have spared no expenses while sprucing up the house as our vacation home. We have new floors, new paint, and new furniture. I value our guests and understanding what is important to them. Our guests appreciate a professionally cleaned home on each visit. Our guests also appreciate our quick, communication response times throughout the rental process - from the booking, to the stay, and finally the deposit return. This is our beloved vacation home. We are extremely responsive hosts and have a property manager nearby for guests support as needed. Guests can contact us via phone messaging or through Airbnb communication. I will respond within the hour.

We love the location of this house. Reno is known as "The Biggest Little City in the World”, was just voted the #2 Best Ski Town; and Truckee, was voted #8 in USA Today. Our neighborhood has close proximity to great hiking, wild horses, and wonderful walking paths with views out the front door.
High desert and mountain views abound out the front and back of the neighborhood. You are only moments away from a large variety of grocery, mall, and higher end shopping; and many decent restaurants are just minutes from the house, with casino/resorts and the airport just 10 minutes on the major highways.
Getting around
5-10 minutes to downtown Reno; 20 minutes to Truckee; 25-30 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort; 35-45 to Squaw and Alpine Meadows respectively; 30 minutes to Mt. Rose Ski Resort. Airport: 15 minutes. Other noteworthy trips: Virginia City is 45 minutesby car, but take the steam train during the season - double fun tip; Boreal and Pacific Crest Trail 30 min. Tahoe Rim Trail 30 min.
