Welcome to our spacious and family friendly home located in South Reno just 35 minutes from Lake Tahoe. A quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, casinos, the mountains and more. Our home was designed with you and your family in mind. From an outdoor patio where the kids can play while you bbq, to bunk bed and a video game system for others. Perfect location to enjoy the mountains, Lake Tahoe, downtown Reno, Carson City, and Truckee.

This single story open concept home has room for everybody. Natural light throughout with an open kitchen and living area so everybody can enjoy time together.
Master has a California King, bedroom 2 has a king bed as well as an ottoman that pulls out into a bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk bed. We also have a pull out ottoman that sleeps one more! When designing our spaced we wanted to keep it fun for all ages. We have board games, kids toys, a gaming system and a pack and play for your convenience.
We also have a TESLA charging system in our garage for you to use.
Security cameras are present outside the front out of the house, back, and side for your safety and ours. This is to ensure guests arrive and leave the premises. They are on and actively recording.
We ask that you please care for our space and be respectful to our neighbors especially if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed.

Our house is conveniently located in South Reno with quick access to restaurants and grocery stores (Safeway and CVS all with in 5 minute drive). We are about 25 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort, Carson City, and Virginia City. About 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe and an easy 15 minutes to the airport, Downtown Reno,Sparks. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and if you are lucky you may see a wild horse or two!

-If staying on a Tuesday we ask that you kindly bring the trash to the curb on Monday evening for pickup.

This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood! House was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive and accommodating. Listing info and photos were very accurate. Close to great walking paths, restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this property and we will book this again next time we are in Reno.

Clean and Comfortable

We were in Reno for a family reunion. This Reno home was a perfect fit for a teenager and five adults. The house rules were easy to follow. The home was spotless. Good seating for games and dining. The home is located in a safe and well maintained neighborhood. Communication with owner could not have been easier.

Family Reunion

This is our second time staying here. There were 7 adults over 65. Great location near our Reno relatives who are in assisted living. Very convenient to restaurants & stores. The owner is very attentive and gets back right away if you have questions or problems.The only small negative I have would be with the living room furniture. It's difficult to get in & out of, (soft & deep cushions), and the oversized coffee table/jumbo cushion has to be moved over by the fireplace in order for people to sit on the couch. It makes it kind of awkward for older people.

Awesome House, Awesome Host

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far from town. Host was a great communicator and was flexible with our travel issues to get in and with our stay. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

A sister's (and cousin!) weekend celebration!

The house was clean and in a great neighborhood. It was nice to have bedrooms for each of us and having three bathrooms was a definite plus. The house was spacious as well. The host was super great about communication and always responded promptly to my messages.

Wonderful Gathering Place

We enjoyed the spacious layout of the house! Playing card games at the dining table and eating together in the spacious kitchen were a highlight. The house was decorated for Christmas which made it cozy for sitting by the fire.

Nice South Reno Property

The property is located in south Reno in the Damonte Ranch neighborhood. This area has beautiful mountain views, wild horses, and miles of sidewalks to walk your dog (property is very dog friendly with a nice backyard). Groceries, restaurants, gas are a 10 minute drive away. The home's kitchen offers plenty of dishes, glassware, coffee cups, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils/knives, cutting boards, dish soap, sponge, etc. There is a Keurig if you want to bring your fave pods. The Nest heating system is easy to use. We slept in two of the four bedrooms, and the mattresses were comfortable (we like medium firm). We had two full bathrooms for our use and a third half bath with two sinks; no toilet (there was a locked door next to the sinks where a toilet could be). There is a BBQ and outdoor patio furniture if visiting during a warmer time and a large garage. The backyard slider lock was not functional (screws needs tightening) but the owner did provide a pipe in the track to help secure the door. The living room couch is very deep (we pulled extra pillows from bedrooms to provide back support). We also temporarily moved a small table and nightstand from other rooms to serve as end tables in the living room for our coffee mugs while we watched TV. No biggie. Overall a real nice property for your Reno visit! The host was super responsive to our questions and worked with our schedule that was impacted by bad weather. .

Reno wedding

Four sisters, two spouses and one adult niece came from points across the US and stayed for four nights. Accomodations were as advertised. Great hosts We all had a wonderful time.

Larger than expected

Living area, kitchen and master suite were larger than expected. Other bedrooms and bathrooms were also a very good size. Beautiful house and location. Property manager ensured a wonderful stay. We would stay there again.

Large home, good neighborhood

Pros: Large home, plenty of parking, good neighborhood, 3 full bathrooms, well fenced backyard for pets & children, centrally located. Cons: Kitchen not clean or well stocked. Fridge drawers & shelves were sticky & crumby, kitchen cupboards & drawers were full of crumbs. Not a well shocked kitchen. There were very few cooking items, no extra hand towels or wash cloths (we had to use the bathroom towels), and a broken dishwasher. Dirty baking dishes that were cooked on and then just shoved back in the cupboards unwashed. Master bedroom has a large bathtub with a large jar of bath salts only that was empty, aside from a few crumbs. Attention to details was missing. Checkout time listed on VRBO in rental advertisement and agreement and in house rental instructions was different from a last minute email sent from the owner the night before departure. I stay in several rentals a year & this is the first negative review I've felt compelled to leave. For the steep price, this rental caused multiple inconveniences and was lacking in many ways.

Just what we needed!

The property was comfortable, clean, well stocked and had an easy check in - Ashleen even offered an early check in unprompted! There was coffee for the Keurig, small creamers, and snacks out for our arrival which was such a sweet bonus to an already great property. We were visiting friends in the neighborhood and this was great for two families (4 adults/5 kids) to share! Would have easily accommodated more people. Highly recommend.

Great grandpas 80th birthday

My husband my three children and I came from Kerrville Texas all the way up to Reno for Great Grandpa's 80th birthday party. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. Communication with the property owner was perfect we arrived a little early and she was so gracious to let us check in a little early. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing in the backyard. Our next trip to see our family we will definitely stay in this house again.
