Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith, it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. WIFI is included now!!!! NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT OR DAMAGE TO GUEST PERSONAL PROPERTY OR VEHICLES THAT TAKES PLACE DURING STAY. NO PARTIES. 5 PERSON LIMIT UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED ON. Great house, pool, and location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was the perfect size and setup for our family of 5. The pool was perfect! It was private and a great size for us. The location was good, it was across the street from a school with a playground for the kids and not a far drive from restaurants and other things to do in town. The only thing that we wished was better was that the house needed a deeper clean. Upon walking in it seemed clean enough. But after a few hours, it seemed that it had not been deeply cleaned and there was a pretty strong odor of pets that was very noticeable throughout the stay. If the house and vents had a deep clean, we would definitely return.

Home for the holidays

This is my second time staying at this property. It was perfect for being able to spend time with my children and grandchildren in the surrounding areas. I hope it's available to come back this summer. I highly recommend this property.

A great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Dillon's house. It exactly what we needed for our family. Nicely decorated and comfortable, the home made our trip a good experience. The pool was clean and the yard was well maintained. The game room was a favorite spot in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay. House is in a grate location. Very clean and spacious for a large family.

BUT, that beautiful pool was not able to be gone into. It was cold anyways. But we also could not figure out the televisions and how to work them, only the one in the living room. Otherwise it was a lovely home, very clean, and with everything you would need to have a lovely stay.
