The house was very clean and nicely staged. While we were there the ac wouldnt keep up with the heat and was uncomfortable durring the day (over 80 degrees inside durring the day) The owners did have some fans dropped off and a hvac tech come by but wasnt able to correct the issue. The grass was also fairly long and not matinted before our vist which might be the cause of mosquitos being so bad outside we couldnt enjoy the outside seating. Furniture was also very cheap and uncomfortable but its a rental so I can understand that just worth noting.

This property was gorgeous. As a Real Estate professional on vacation, the property was exceptional. The location is perfect. The neighborhoods were charming. The interior design was excellent.

Most Beautiful Place I Have Ever Stayed

It was a dream from start to finish. The property manager was GOLD and the locals that collected maple syrup from the beautiful trees daily taught us a lot about the process (they also keep bees) and gave us a mason jar we devoured. The views are unbearable and the lake is a masterpiece. We had SO MUCH fun with their exceptional game room and we loved it so much we extended our stay. Two sets of washer and dryers was a Godsend to this mama and my 41st bday is one for the books. It was incredible. I am so grateful to have connected with the property manager and cannot say enough about the view of the lake and the inevitable immersion into nature, even if from one of the dozens of windows. I felt like a celebrity and it felt like a dream there. And that steam shower
.this is a true gem and it is extremely rare. If you’re fortunate enough to book it, you won’t be disappointed on any level, just awestruck.

Weekend trip

We came up from Hot Springs Village, had family fly in from Florida house was very clean and welcoming. We had a group of about 15 for dinner the first night we had plenty of room for everyone. We will be booking this location afain.. great findabout 15

Home Away From Home

This rental was incredibly cozy and spotless. The hosts were incredibly responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with my two sisters and their families. The spacious and open layout was ideal for us to stay together, and it never felt too crowded. The central location was perfect for our activities. We will definitely rebook in the future.

This location has everything you need for a short or long stay, it is pretty much located 10 to 15 minutes from everything in Pacola Oklahoma and Ft Smith Arkansas, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area

Graduation visit

We were happy with our stay as the house was open and roomy to cook meals, close proximity to our events and pet friendly. It had lots of seating, was well maintained and stocked, and the manager was timely responding to our questions. Dispute a plumbing issue, which was quickly resolved even over a holiday weekend, we had a wonderful and a relaxing place to call home. Would definitely stay again!
