supermarkets, within 5 minutes walking distance and more.

The common area has a BBQ and heated pool.

These rules apply to the entire property including but not limited to the parking lot, common area, pool, boat dock, and my unit

Small 2 story complex with 16 units
Manager on-site for emergencies

Central Air Conditioner filter is replaced between guests, AC system has a UV light to kill all viruses and bacteria while it is circulated. The unit is disinfected and aired out between guests for 1 full day.

Unless otherwise negotiated
Check-in after 3 pm and checkout at 10 am
Which will give more than 24 hours between guests for clean up, disinfection, and air out.

The unit has beach towels and beach chairs for you to borrow for free.

Disappointed

This was a good location. However, the condition of the condo was not as advertised. The general cleanliness was very poor and the condo needed updating. The grout in the showers were very black and other amenities such as bathroom and kitchen towels were very old, stained and worn out.

Bon emplacement, relativement calme. A 15min Ă  pied de la plage, et Ă  2 min d’un hypermarchĂ©. Place de parking devant l’appartement, piscine chauffĂ©e, bbq au gaz , franchement trĂšs bien, mais concernant l’appartement, en lui mĂȘme, ça va , une des 2 sdb est petite, les couverts ne sont pas top, surtout les fourchettes. Les poĂȘles et autres ne sont pas top non plus, mais ça fait le travail. On y Ă©tait en famille Ă  6 personnes. On reviendra si on doit repasser des vacances dans le coin.

Great location! If you are on a scuba vacation, this place is perfect. SFDHQ, DH Scuba, Force E Scuba, or Dixie Divers are easy and quick to get to. After the dive, we jumped in the pool to cool off.

Perfect Getaway

15 years of renting, this just may have been one of the best places. Host works hard to make your stay comfortable. Lots of extras to make you feel at home. You can drive to the beach (plenty of parking) but the short walk is worth it; butterflies, the bridge and boats. Quiet at night for sleeping, spacious, clean, friendly neighbours, convenient for groceries, and parking.

Nice location, not the best for kids.

Overall the location and property were nice and clean. The host was friendly and we had no problem checking in. The beach towels and chairs came in handy! Our one and only concern is that calling it family friendly or child friendly is not necessarily accurate. The condo building has mostly older couples and retirees who prefer things to be nice and quiet. Pool rules included no jumping, splashing, shouting, or loud noises. Also, talking on your phone on the pool deck is considered too loud. They want no louder than a close conversation volume in the pool and on the pool deck. This made it frustrating for our 4 kids. We talked with them and gave constant reminders about volume. We were thanked and complimented for their behavior at the end of our week (thank you for noticing the effort!!) but the kids were pretty disappointed about it all. If you want a quiet adult getaway or if your kids are super mellow then this would be great for you. It really was a nice place. If you prefer a more festive atmosphere or have kids that want to let loose and play then it would be best to find somewhere else to stay.

Pompano Beach Vacation

Nice, clean but very outdated apartment literally 10-15 min of walking or 4 min driving distance to the beutiful Pompano Beach. Overal, we had a good experience.
