We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The location near the beach and restaurants was perfect - exactly what we were looking for!

Nice kitchen, living and dining rooms.We made it work for a night. The house advertised King bed, 2 queens, two singles. One of the beds was in the living room and there was no King bed. One of the showers needs a plumber. It drips and the water is cold.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the kitchen, living, and dining areas. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The bedding configuration is described in the listing, and we work hard to present the home accurately so guests know what to expect before booking. If anything ever seems unclear, I’m always happy to answer questions prior to arrival. Regarding the shower, I appreciate you bringing that to my attention. Maintenance items can occasionally arise, and I’ll have it checked promptly. For hot water, had I been notified during your stay, I would have gladly helped troubleshoot right away. We’re a hands-on, independently operated property—not a large management company—and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable home with quality beds and linens, private pool access, beach gear, strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an excellent location just steps from the ocean. We truly value respectful guests and always do our best to provide them with a great experience.

The location of the property was perfect, but it’s not truly a 3 bedroom more like a 2 bedroom. We had some communication issues with check in, and Vrbo support was very delayed, which caused confusion. Also, the listing includes items in the photos (like bikes) that were not actually available. We didn’t end up using the pool since the ocean water was much warmer. Other than that, it was a good home base for what we needed since we didn’t spend much time at the house.

Current pool temp is 87. The ocean Temp is 78 not sure how she came to the conclusion the ocean is warmer. They stayed one night and I am clear in my description. Any delays regarding check in were due to this guest not reading the messages sent to her. Note to future guests, if you are like this lady and aren’t comfortable giving 5 star reviews, Don’t stay at my place. I don’t need nor want guests that are entitled and unappreciative. My property is a 5 star home. So if you are someone who goes through life with a negative mindset I ask you to please avoid my property. Ps. Bree you aren’t welcome back.

Steven was very welcoming and responsive to some of my early questions after we arrived. The house was as listed with plenty of room to spread out especially with the pool area which was very nice if you didn't want to go to the beach but the beach was very close. The location is also very close to Alot of restaurants, shopping and the Fisher Family Pier.

Great beach stat

Excellent location. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Pool was warm and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking meals during our stay. We would stay here again.

The location was great. Honestly one of my favorite things about the house was the fact that there was a cast iron pan and hexclad pans, which is not something you'd see everywhere. The house was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels for everyone. We appreciated the beach stroller with chairs and toys for kids, and although we didn't get to use the pool there were also floaties for kids and babies. He also had a playpen for baby to sleep. Steve was very responsive and when issues came up he did his best to resolve them and make sure we left happy.

Fantastic location! It was such an easy walk to the beach every day and the beach cart containing chairs, umbrella and anything you could need was a definite plus. Our host was amazing with responsiveness, which came in handy when the local internet provider had an issue, he called to figure it out and reached out as soon as it was resolved- at 1:30am- which I think went above and beyond.

Great location!!

Had a really nice 10 day stay here. The location was perfect with the beach one block away. Also loved the convenience of The Circuit for rides around Pompano. Steve was very responsive to our questions as well!

Everything you want/need

This was a short notice stay due to an overbooking at a resort we were suppose to stay at in Pompano and this was much better. The house is very accomodating for 5 mostly adult people. Very spacious inside and out. Had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus. Access to the beach was a 3 min walk. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Great place and host!

Love the place! A minor hiccup getting in the first night but the rest of the stay was fantastic. Steve was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend booking this place.

Close to the beach

It was awesome and very close to the beach. Close to shops as well. Very clean. Pool was not heated upon arrival, and we did not look into how to turn it on until night before we left
 We will know better for next time.

Best suggestion would be to call the host right away if you have any concerns. None the less, glad you enjoyed yourself.

Excellent location and property

It was steps from the beach and walking to downtown. The inside was remodeled and very clean. Pool was great as well. The host responded anytime I had a question and was very pleasant. Will go again.

The host was very attentive and welcoming to us. The house was in a great location and in good condition. Walkable to the beach and Pompano Pier. We ran into a few issues but Steve was quick to have everything resolved.The water heater wasn’t operating when we arrived, but he had the unit replaced as soon as he was able to. Kids took cold showers the first day so that wasn’t fun, but it was taken care of.The pool would have been nice to use but since it was too cold outside, the water heater wasn’t functioning properly. There were bikes in the garage we had planned to take for a ride, but those are not available for use also. I also thought I read about a golf cart being accessible, but I didn’t see one, either.Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!
